1. This KrisShop Health Day Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers in accordance with clause 3 below (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 1 April 2022 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 7 April 2022 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).

3. The Promotion shall consist of:

Deals up to 50% off

i. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers may receive up to a 50% discount on selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage on KrisShop.com ("Deals").

ii. Purchases of Deals cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS Club discounts), unless otherwise stated.

iii. Products purchased from Deals are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 defective product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

iv. Deals are only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add or remove the Deals at any time without prior notice.

4. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

5. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.

6. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

7. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

8. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
