KrisShop 30% Miles-back Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop 30% Miles-Back Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application and is open to all KrisFlyer Shoppers (as defined in Clause 3 bBelow) during the promotion period from 28 November 2022 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 4 December 2022 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).

3. During the Promotion Period, KrisShop customers who are active Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer members and who have logged into their valid KrisFlyer accounts on KrisShop.com and KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application before completing their transactions (each, a “KrisFlyer Shopper”) may receive 30% KrisFlyer miles-back on their spend, less eligible discounts (excluding applicable taxes and shipping fees)(30% Miles-back), with no minimum spend and subject to no brand exclusions.

4. For transactions made on KrisShop.com, to be eligible for the 30% Miles-back rebate, payment for the relevant transaction (excluding applicable taxes and shipping fees) must be made in full using KrisFlyer miles only. Cash payment, whether in whole or in part (i.e. mixed with KrisFlyer miles redemption), and/or e-giftcards will render the transaction ineligible for the 30% Miles-Back rebate.

5. For transactions made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, to be eligible for the 30% Miles-back rebate, payment for the relevant transaction (excluding applicable taxes and shipping fees) must be made in full using KrisPay miles only. Cash payment, whether in whole or in part (i.e. mixed with KrisFlyer miles redemption), and/or e-giftcards will render the transaction ineligible for the 30% Miles-Back rebate.

6. During the Promotion Period, the 30% Miles-Back rebate shall be awarded for eligible transactions in the form of KrisFlyer miles at rate of: SGD 1 = 125 KrisFlyer miles only (“Bonus Miles”).

For illustration purposes only:

• Shopper A spends a total of SGD 100 on a single transactions (including any eligible discounts that may be applicable to their purchase) on KrisShop.com, excluding applicable taxes and shipping fee; the 30% Miles-Back is only applied to the nett amount after any eligible discounts (excluding applicable taxes and shipping fee), resulting in the equivalent value of SGD 30 (being 30% of SGD 100) to be awarded for the 30% Miles-Back rebate; and the final Bonus Miles awarded to the shopper will be 3,750 KrisFlyer Miles (being SGD 30 multiplied by 125 KrisFlyer miles).
• •Shopper B spends a total of SGD 200 on a single transactions (including any eligible discounts that may be applicable to their purchase) on KrisShop.com via the Kris+ Mobile application, excluding applicable taxes and shipping fee; the 30% Miles-Back is only applied to the nett amount after any eligible discounts (excluding applicable taxes and shipping fee), resulting in the equivalent value of SGD 60 (being 30% of SGD 200) to be awarded for the 30% Miles-Back rebate; and the final Bonus Miles awarded to the shopper will be 7,500 KrisFlyer Miles (being SGD 60 multiplied by 125 KrisFlyer miles).

7. KrisShop will only credit full KrisFlyer miles for the awarding of the Bonus Miles. A fraction of one (1) KrisFlyer mile will be rounded down before the KrisFlyer miles are credited into the eligible KrisFlyer Shopper’s KrisFlyer account.

8. Transactions carried out under this Promotion are not eligible to be considered as a non-air transaction for the purposes of the KrisFlyer Unlock Status Credits without Flying Campaign.

9. The Bonus Miles will be credited to each eligible KrisFlyer miles Shopper’s KrisFlyer account within eight (8) weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.

10. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any Bonus Miles awarded to any KrisFlyer Shopper for the relevant transaction(s).

11. The Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, and is not valid for purchases made on board applicable flights or via KrisShop order form or any other means.

12. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or received via home delivery.

13. All purchases made in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and, in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of use for Kris+. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.  

14. This Promotion may be applied with existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges, unless otherwise stated.

15. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

16. By participating in the Promotion, each KrisFlyer Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop’s Privacy Policy. 

17. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
