• This KrisShop Limited Time Tech Gadget Deals ("Promotion") is organised by KrisShop Pte. Ltd., ("KrisShop"). 

• This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers ("Shoppers) from 29 June 2021 (0000hrs, Singapore time) to 4 July 2021 (2359hrs, Singapore time) ("Promotion Period"). 

• As part of the Promotion, shoppers will receive discount up to 40% on specified products ("Deals") listed on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period.  

• This Promotion is valid only for online purchases on KrisShop.com and purchases may be delivered on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or received via home delivery subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms. 

• The Promotion is not applicable for purchases made inflight or purchases made via the KrisShop order form.

• All purchases are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

• This Promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including PPS discounts), which are not specified as being subject to the Promotion, unless otherwise stated.

• Deals are available on a while stocks last basis and are subject to change without notice.

• KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms & conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice as its sole and absolute discretion. 

• All collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy. 

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. 

KrisShop Facebook Live promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop Facebook Live promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 29 June (2000 hrs Singapore time) to 2 July 2021 (1959 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).

3. The details of the 20% off min. S$200 spend promotion are set out as follows:

         i. Shoppers who have watched KrisShop’s Facebook Live session on 29 June 2021, 2000hrs Singapore time, hosted on KrisShop’s Facebook page, may look out for a promo code mentioned during the Facebook Live session (“Facebook Live Promo Code”).

       ii. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers will receive 20% off with a minimum spend of S$200 per transaction (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period, subject to certain brand exclusions. Products in the brand exclusions list will count towards minimum spend but are excluded from this 20% off S$200 promotion.

     iii.  This 20% off S$200 promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight or via the KrisShop order form or any other means.

     iv.  The applicable discount will be applied at checkout, where the Facebook Live Promo Code has been correctly entered by the Shopper at checkout on eligible items, when the minimum spend of S$200 promotion or more per transaction requirement has been met.

4. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or received via home delivery.

5. All purchases are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and the use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

6. This Promotion cannot be applied with existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges, which are not specified as being subject to the Promotion, unless otherwise stated.

7. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

8. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits may be collected, used, disclosed or otherwise processed (collectively “Processed”)  by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
