KrisShop Unlock Bonus Miles Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. This KrisShop Unlock Bonus Miles Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion is carried out on KrisShop.com and KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application (each, an "Online Platform”). This Promotion is open to all KrisShop customers (each, a “Shopper”) during the applicable Promotion Periods (as defined below) and will be conducted in accordance with Clause 3 below.

3. This Promotion shall consist of:

i. The +2mpd Miles Promotion (as defined at Clause 3(a) below), which will take place from 1 September 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 8 September 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“+2mpd Miles Promotion Period”); 

ii. The +3mpd Miles Promotion (as defined at Clause 3(a) below), which will take place from 1 September 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 8 September 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“+3mpd Miles Promotion Period”); and 

iii. The +9mpd Miles Promotion (as defined at Clause 3(a) below), which will take place from 1 September 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 8 September 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“+9mpd Miles Promotion Period”). 

The details of this Promotion are set out as follows:

(a) +2mpd Miles Promotion

i. During the +2mpd Miles Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is not a member of the KrisShop loyalty programme (“Non-KrisShopper”), (2) has an active KrisFlyer account (“KrisFlyer Shopper”), (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop.com while logged into his/her valid KrisFlyer account and (4) completes a transaction on KrisShop.com with a cumulative spend of a requirement of S$280 (after all applicable discounts but excluding tax and shipping fees), may earn an additional 2 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent (“KrisFlyer +2mpd Miles”). The KrisFlyer +2mpd Miles are in addition to the usual earn rate of 1.5 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent on KrisShop.com, as set out below:

ii. During the +2mpd Miles Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is a Non-KrisShopper, (2) is a KrisFlyer Shopper, (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application while logged into his/her valid KrisFlyer account and (4) completes a transaction on KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application with a cumulative spend of a requirement of S$280 (after all applicable discounts but excluding tax and shipping fees), may earn an additional 4 KrisFlyer miles for every S$2 spent (“KrisFlyer Kris+ +2mpd Miles”). The KrisFlyer Kris+ +2mpd Miles are in addition to the usual earn rate of 3 KrisFlyer miles for every S$2 spent on KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application, as set out below:

iii. During the +2mpd Miles Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is a member of the KrisShop loyalty programme ( “KrisShopper”), (2) is a KrisFlyer Shopper,  (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop.com while logged into to his/her valid KrisFlyer account and (4) completes a transaction on KrisShop.com with a cumulative spend of a requirement of S$280 (after all applicable discounts but excluding tax and shipping fees), may earn additional 2 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent ("KrisShopper +2mpd Miles"). The KrisShopper +2mpd Miles are in addition to the usual earn rates* for KrisShop.com, which are based on the KrisShopper membership tiers as set out below:

iv. During the +2mpd Miles Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is a member of the KrisShop loyalty programme ( “KrisShopper”), (2) is a KrisFlyer Shopper,  (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application while logged into to his/her valid KrisFlyer account and (4) completes a transaction on KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application with a cumulative spend of a requirement of S$280 (after all applicable discounts but excluding tax and shipping fees), may earn an additional 4 KrisFlyer miles for every S$2 spent (“KrisShopper Kris+ +2mpd Miles”). The KrisShopper Kris+ +2mpd Miles are in addition to the usual earn rates* for KrisShop on the Kris+ application, which are based on the KrisShopper membership tiers as set out below:

v. Purchase(s) of KrisShop E-gift Cards are excluded from the Promotion. Any purchase of KrisShop E-gift Cards shall not be included in the computation of the +2mpd Miles Minimum Spend Criteria.

vi. The KrisFlyer +2mpd Miles, KrisFlyer Kris+ +2mpd Miles, KrisShopper +2mpd Miles and KrisShopper Kris+ +2mpd Miles shall be collectively referred to as the “+2mpd Bonus Miles”. The +2mpd Bonus Miles are only awarded on the cash payment component of the total nett price of the item(s) purchased (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees). Any part of an Online Platform transaction where payment is made by way of vouchers and/or KrisFlyer or KrisPay miles shall not be eligible for the usual miles earn rates or the +2mpd Miles Promotion as set out in set out in Clause 3(a)(i), Clause 3(a)(ii), Clause 3(a)(iii) and Clause 3(a)(iv) of these Terms and Conditions.

vii. This +2mpd Miles Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.

viii. The +2mpd Miles Promotion will be credited to the eligible KrisFlyer member’s account within 12 weeks after the last date of the +2mpd Miles Promotion Period.

ix. The +2mpd Bonus Miles awarded shall only be displayed on the relevant KrisFlyer Shopper’s KrisFlyer account statement once Clause 3(a)(viii) has been carried out. The accrual date of the the +2mpd Bonus Miles shall be backdated to a date in the last month of the +2mpd Miles Promotion Period, i.e., September 2025

x. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any +2mpd Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Shopper for the relevant transaction(s).

xi. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove the  +2mpd Miles Promotion at any time without prior notice.

(b) +3mpd Miles Promotion

i. During the +3mpd Miles Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is not a member of the KrisShop loyalty programme (“Non-KrisShopper”), (2) has an active KrisFlyer account (“KrisFlyer Shopper”), (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop.com while logged into his/her valid KrisFlyer account and (4) completes a transaction on KrisShop.com with a cumulative spend of a requirement of S$600 (after all applicable discounts but excluding tax and shipping fees), may earn an additional 3 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent (“KrisFlyer +3mpd Miles”). The KrisFlyer +3mpd Miles are in addition to the usual earn rate of 1.5 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent on KrisShop.com, as set out below:

ii. During the +3mpd Miles Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is a Non-KrisShopper, (2) is a KrisFlyer Shopper, (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application while logged into his/her valid KrisFlyer account and (4) completes a transaction on KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application with a cumulative spend of a requirement of S$600 (after all applicable discounts but excluding tax and shipping fees), may earn an additional 6 KrisFlyer miles for every S$2 spent (“KrisFlyer Kris+ +3mpd Miles”). The KrisFlyer Kris+ +3mpd Miles are in addition to the usual earn rate of 3 KrisFlyer miles for every S$2 spent on KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application, as set out below:

iii. During the +3mpd Miles Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is a member of the KrisShop loyalty programme ( “KrisShopper”), (2) is a KrisFlyer Shopper,  (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop.com while logged into to his/her valid KrisFlyer account and (4) completes a transaction on KrisShop.com with a cumulative spend of a requirement of S$600 (after all applicable discounts but excluding tax and shipping fees), may earn additional 3 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent ("KrisShopper +3mpd Miles"). The KrisShopper +3mpd Miles are in addition to the usual earn rates* for KrisShop.com, which are based on the KrisShopper membership tiers as set out below:

iv. During the +3mpd Miles Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is a member of the KrisShop loyalty programme ( “KrisShopper”), (2) is a KrisFlyer Shopper,  (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application while logged into to his/her valid KrisFlyer account and (4) completes a transaction on KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application with a cumulative spend of a requirement of S$600 (after all applicable discounts but excluding tax and shipping fees), may earn an additional 6 KrisFlyer miles for every S$2 spent (“KrisShopper Kris+ +3mpd Miles”). The KrisShopper Kris+ +3mpd Miles are in addition to the usual earn rates* for KrisShop on the Kris+ application, which are based on the KrisShopper membership tiers as set out below:

v. Purchase(s) of KrisShop E-gift Cards are excluded from the Promotion. Any purchase of KrisShop E-gift Cards shall not be included in the computation of the +3mpd Miles Minimum Spend Criteria.

vi. The KrisFlyer +3mpd Miles, KrisFlyer Kris+ +3mpd Miles, KrisShopper +3mpd Miles and KrisShopper Kris+ +3mpd Miles shall be collectively referred to as the “+3mpd Bonus Miles”. The +3mpd Bonus Miles are only awarded on the cash payment component of the total nett price of the item(s) purchased (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees). Any part of an Online Platform transaction where payment is made by way of vouchers and/or KrisFlyer or KrisPay miles shall not be eligible for the usual miles earn rates or the +3mpd Miles Promotion as set out in set out in Clause 3(b)(i), Clause 3(b)(ii), Clause 3(b)(iii) and Clause 3(b)(iv) of these Terms and Conditions.

vii. This +3mpd Miles Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.

viii. The +3mpd Miles Promotion will be credited to the eligible KrisFlyer member’s account within 12 weeks after the last date of the +3mpd Miles Promotion Period.

ix. The +3mpd Bonus Miles awarded shall only be displayed on the relevant KrisFlyer Shopper’s KrisFlyer account statement once Clause 3(a)(viii) has been carried out. The accrual date of the the +3mpd Bonus Miles shall be backdated to a date in the last month of the +3mpd Miles Promotion Period, i.e., September 2025

x. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any +3mpd Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Shopper for the relevant transaction(s).

xi. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove the +3mpd Miles Promotion at any time without prior notice.

(c) +9mpd Miles Promotion

i. During the +9mpd Miles Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is not a member of the KrisShop loyalty programme (“Non-KrisShopper”), (2) has an active KrisFlyer account (“KrisFlyer Shopper”), (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop.com while logged into his/her valid KrisFlyer account and (4) completes a transaction on KrisShop.com with a cumulative spend of a requirement of S$3,000 (after all applicable discounts but excluding tax and shipping fees), may earn an additional 9 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent (“KrisFlyer +9mpd Miles”). The KrisFlyer +9mpd Miles are in addition to the usual earn rate of 1.5 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent on KrisShop.com, as set out below:

ii. During the +9mpd Miles Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is a Non-KrisShopper, (2) is a KrisFlyer Shopper, (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application while logged into his/her valid KrisFlyer account and (4) completes a transaction on KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application with a cumulative spend of a requirement of S$3,000 (after all applicable discounts but excluding tax and shipping fees), may earn an additional 18 KrisFlyer miles for every S$2 spent (“KrisFlyer Kris+ +9mpd Miles”). The KrisFlyer Kris+ +9mpd Miles are in addition to the usual earn rate of 3 KrisFlyer miles for every S$2 spent on KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application, as set out below:

iii. During the +9mpd Miles Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is a member of the KrisShop loyalty programme ( “KrisShopper”), (2) is a KrisFlyer Shopper,  (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop.com while logged into to his/her valid KrisFlyer account and (4) completes a transaction on KrisShop.com with a cumulative spend of a requirement of S$3,000 (after all applicable discounts but excluding tax and shipping fees), may earn additional 9 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent ("KrisShopper +9mpd Miles"). The KrisShopper +9mpd Miles are in addition to the usual earn rates* for KrisShop.com, which are based on the KrisShopper membership tiers as set out below:

iv. During the +9mpd Miles Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is a member of the KrisShop loyalty programme ( “KrisShopper”), (2) is a KrisFlyer Shopper,  (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application while logged into to his/her valid KrisFlyer account and (4) completes a transaction on KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application with a cumulative spend of a requirement of S$3,000 (after all applicable discounts but excluding tax and shipping fees), may earn an additional 18 KrisFlyer miles for every S$2 spent (“KrisShopper Kris+ +9mpd Miles”). The KrisShopper Kris+ +9mpd Miles are in addition to the usual earn rates* for KrisShop on the Kris+ application, which are based on the KrisShopper membership tiers as set out below:

v. Purchase(s) of KrisShop E-gift Cards are excluded from the Promotion. Any purchase of KrisShop E-gift Cards shall not be included in the computation of the +9mpd Miles Minimum Spend Criteria.

vi. The KrisFlyer +9mpd Miles, KrisFlyer Kris+ +9mpd Miles, KrisShopper +9mpd Miles and KrisShopper Kris+ +9mpd Miles shall be collectively referred to as the “+9mpd Bonus Miles”. The +3mpd Bonus Miles are only awarded on the cash payment component of the total nett price of the item(s) purchased (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees). Any part of an Online Platform transaction where payment is made by way of vouchers and/or KrisFlyer or KrisPay miles shall not be eligible for the usual miles earn rates or the +3mpd Miles Promotion as set out in set out in Clause 3(c)(i), Clause 3(c)(ii), Clause 3(c)(iii) and Clause 3(c)(iv) of these Terms and Conditions.

vii. This +9mpd Miles Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.

viii. The +9mpd Miles Promotion will be credited to the eligible KrisFlyer member’s account within 12 weeks after the last date of the +9mpd Miles Promotion Period.

ix. The +9mpd Bonus Miles awarded shall only be displayed on the relevant KrisFlyer Shopper’s KrisFlyer account statement once Clause 3(c)(viii) has been carried out. The accrual date of the the +9mpd Bonus Miles shall be backdated to a date in the last month of the +9mpd Miles Promotion Period, i.e., September 2025

x. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any +9mpd Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Shopper for the relevant transaction(s).

xi. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove the +9mpd Miles Promotion at any time without prior notice.

General Terms

4. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.

5. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

6. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

7. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of this Promotion and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry and/or participation in this Promotion.

8. By participating in this Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop and its supporting partners for the purposes of this Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

9. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.

10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

11. A person who is not party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
