KrisShop May-tastic Miles Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop May-tastic Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion is carried out on KrisShop.com and KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application (each, an “Online Platform”). This Promotion is open to all customers who (1) has an active KrisFlyer account (“KrisFlyer Shopper”) and (2) complete a transaction with a minimum spend of S$300 (including all applicable discounts and excluding applicable tax and shipping fees)("Minimum Spend Criteria") on an Online Platform while logged into his/her valid KrisFlyer account during the promotion period from 7 May 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 14 May 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time)(“Promotion Period”) (each, a “Shopper”), and will be conducted in accordance with Clause 3 below.

3. Subject to Clause 2 above, during the Promotion Period, Shoppers who satisfy the conditions below may earn additional 1,000 KrisFlyer miles on an Online Platform (“Bonus Miles”) on their first transaction with the relevant minimum spend requirement for the selected delivery method (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) stated below:

4. For the avoidance of doubt, each KrisFlyer member is limited to one 1,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles during the promotion period once the Minimum Spent Criteria has been met.

5. Transactions purchasing KrisShop E-gift Cards only are excluded from the 1,000 Bonus KrisFlyer Miles Promotion. For illustration purposes only:

• Shopper A completes a transaction on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period with a total spend of S$300 on a single transaction (after all applicable discounts have been applied and excluding applicable tax, duties, and shipping fees) worth of KrisShop E-gift Cards. The 1,000 Bonus Miles will not be awarded for this transaction even though the KrisShopper 1,000 Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria has been met.
• Shopper B completes a transaction on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period with a total spend of S$350 on a single transaction (after all applicable discounts have been applied and excluding applicable tax, duties, and shipping fees), with S$50 worth of KrisShop E-gift Cards and S$300 worth of beauty products. The 1,000 Bonus Miles will be awarded for this transaction.

6. Any transaction on an Online Platform where payment is made by way of vouchers and/or KrisFlyer miles shall not be eligible for the usual KrisFlyer miles earn rates but will be eligible for the 1,000 Bonus KrisFlyer Miles Promotion as set out in Clause 3 of these Terms and Conditions.

7. The 1,000 Bonus KrisFlyer Miles will be credited to the eligible KrisShopper’s KrisFlyer Member account within 12 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.

8. The 1,000 Bonus KrisFlyer miles awarded shall only be displayed on the relevant KrisShopper’s KrisFlyer Member account statement once the Clause 7 of these Terms and Conditions has been carried out. The accrual date of the May-tastic Miles Promotion shall be backdated to a date in the last month of the Promotion Period, i.e., May 2025.

9. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any 1,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles issued to any KrisFlyer Member for the relevant transaction.

General Terms

10. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.

11. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

12. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

13. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of the Promotion and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry and/or participation in this Promotion.

14. By participating in this Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop and its supporting partners for the purposes of this Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

15. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.

16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
