KrisShop Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2025 Merchandise Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2025 Merchandise Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion is carried out on KrisShop.com and KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application (each, an "Online Platform”). This Promotion is open to all Online Platform customers (each, a “Shopper”), during the promotion period from 6 October 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 31 October 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time)(“Promotion Period”) and will be conducted in accordance with Clause 3 below.

3. This Promotion shall consist of the following:

i. The Up to 50% off Promotion (“Up to 50% off Promotion”) as defined at Clause 3(a) below; and

ii. The Miles-Back Promotion ("Miles-Back Promotion”) as defined at Clause 3(b) below.

The details of this Promotion are set out as follows:

(a) Up to 50% off Promotion

i. During the Promotion Period, a Shopper may receive up to fifty percent (50%) discount on selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage on the Online Platforms (“Eligible Products”).

ii. The Up to 50% off Promotion is only valid for purchase(s) made on an Online Platform during the Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchase(s) made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

iii. The Up to 50% off Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions (other than the Miles-Back Promotion), offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.

iv. Products purchased pursuant to the Up to 50% off Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

v. The Up to 50% off Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove the Up to 50% off Promotion at any time without prior notice.

(b) Miles-Back Promotion

i. During the Promotion Period:

(a) Shoppers may receive a 30% rebate on their spend with miles payment, less eligible discounts, on Eligible Products, (excluding GST and/or other applicable shipping fees, customs or duties charges) (“30% Rebate”); and

(b) the 30% Rebate shall be awarded to the eligible Shopper only in the form of KrisFlyer miles at the rate of: SGD 1 = 100 KrisFlyer miles (“Bonus Miles”).

For illustration purposes only: the Shopper spends a total of SGD 100 on Eligible Products with miles payment (including any eligible discounts that may be applicable to their purchase) on KrisShop.com, before GST and/or applicable shipping fees, customs or duties charges; the 30% Rebate is only applied to the nett amount paid with miles, after any eligible discounts, resulting in the equivalent value of SGD 30 (being 30% of SGD 100); and the final Bonus Miles awarded to the Shopper will be 3,000 KrisFlyer Miles (being SGD 30 multiplied by 100 KrisFlyer miles).

ii. The Miles-Back Promotion shall apply on top of any KrisFlyer miles that a Shopper may earn under the Earn & Redeem KrisFlyer Miles scheme on KrisShop.com.

iii. KrisShop will only credit full KrisFlyer miles for the awarding of the Bonus Miles. A fraction of one (1) KrisFlyer mile will be rounded down before the KrisFlyer miles are credited into the eligible Shopper’s KrisFlyer account.

iv. The Bonus Miles will be credited to each eligible Shopper’s KrisFlyer account within eight (8) weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.

v. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any Bonus Miles awarded to any Shopper. 

vi. Eligible Products purchased pursuant to this Miles-Back Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

vii. This Miles-Back Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

viii. The Miles-Back Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions (other than the Up to 50% off Promotion), offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.

General Terms

4. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.

5. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

6. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

7. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of the Promotion and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry and/or participation in this Promotion.

8. By participating in this Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop and its supporting partners for the purposes of this Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

9. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.

10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

11. A person who is not party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
