KrisShop GST Savings Promotion (9 Jan - 30 Jan)
  

1. This KrisShop GST Savings promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com/corporate during the promotion period from 9 January 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 30 January 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time)(“Promotion Period).

3. During this promotion period, each eligible shopper will receive additional 9% off on selected regular-priced items for selected delivery method (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) on KrisShop.com/corporate.

4. The additional discounts will be applied at checkout on eligible items when staff is logged in to Corporate Portal.

5 The promotion cannot be applied in conjunction with other promotional codes.

6. This promotion can be applied with any existing Corporate discount, unless otherwise stated.

7. This Promotion is valid only for online purchase made on KrisShop.com/corporate for home delivery to addresses within Singapore.

8. Prevailing GST is applicable to all corporate purchases which is offset by the discount applied for selected items.

General Terms

9. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and KrisShop Corporate Portal Terms and Conditions.

10. Purchases made under this Promotion cannot be refunded or exchanged. KrisShop will only allow one-to-one exchange for the same product should the item prove to be defective within 30 days of purchase. All existing terms and conditions for corporate online purchases apply. 11. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to the Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion and/or terminate the Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

12. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of the Promotion, and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry.

13. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

14. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and will not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in the Promotion.

15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
