KrisShop World Of Whiskies Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This World Of Whiskies Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. The Promotion is carried out on KrisShop.com and KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application ("Online Platforms”). The Promotion is open to all Online Platform customers (“Shoppers”), during the promotion period from 17 June 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 30 June 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time)(“Promotion Period”).

3. During the Promotion Period, each eligible Shopper may receive up to 10% discount on selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage on an Online Platform (“World Of Whiskies”).

4. During the Promotion Period, a Shopper who is (1) is not a member of the KrisShop Loyalty programme (“Non-KrisShopper”), (2) has an active KrisFlyer account (“KrisFlyer Shopper”), (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop.com while logged into his/her valid KrisFlyer account and (4) completes a transaction on KrisShop.com for the selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage, may earn additional 1.5 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent (“KrisFlyer 1.5 Bonus Miles”). The KrisFlyer 1.5 Bonus Miles are in addition to the usual earn rate of 1.5 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent on KrisShop.com, as set out below:

During the Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is a Non-KrisShopper, (2) is a KrisFlyer Shopper, (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application while logged into his/her valid KrisFlyer account and (4) completes a transaction on KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application for the selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage, may earn additional 3 KrisFlyer miles for every S$2 spent (“KrisFlyer Kris+ 3 Bonus Miles”). The KrisFlyer Kris+ 3 Bonus Miles are in addition to the usual earn rate of 3 KrisFlyer miles for every S$2 spent on KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application, as set out below:

6. During Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is a member of the KrisShop loyalty programme ( “KrisShopper”), (2) is a KrisFlyer Shopper, (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop.com while logged into to his/her valid KrisFlyer account and (4) completes a transaction on KrisShop.com for the selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage, may earn an additional KrisFlyer Miles for every S$1 spent (“KrisShopper 2X Bonus Miles”). The KrisShopper 2X Bonus Miles are in addition to the usual earn rates* for KrisShop.com, which are based on the KrisShopper membership tiers as set out below:

7. During Promotion Period Shopper who (1) is a KrisShopper, (2) is a KrisFlyer Shopper, (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application while logged into to his/her valid KrisFlyer account and (4) completes a transaction on  KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application for the selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage, may earn an additional KrisFlyer Miles for every S$2 spent (“KrisShopper Kris+ 2X Bonus Miles”). The KrisShopper Kris+ 2X Bonus Miles are in addition to the usual earn rates* for KrisShop on Kris+ mobile application, which are based on the KrisShopper membership tiers as set out below:

8. The KrisFlyer 1.5 Bonus Miles, KrisFlyer Kris+ 3 Bonus Miles, KrisShopper 2X Bonus Miles and KrisShopper Kris+ 2X Bonus Miles shall be collectively referred to as the “World Of Whiskies Bonus Miles”. The World Of Whiskies Bonus Miles are only awarded on the cash payment component of the total nett price of the item(s) purchased (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees). Any part of an Online Platform transaction where payment is made by way of vouchers and/or KrisFlyer or KrisPay miles shall not be eligible for the usual miles earn rates or World Of Whiskies Bonus Miles Promotion as set out in set out in Clause 34 Clause 5, Clause 6 and Clause 7 of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Deals are only valid for purchases made on Online Platforms during the World Of Whiskies Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchase made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

10. The World Of Whiskies Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.

11. Products purchased pursuant to the World Of Whiskies Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

12. The World Of Whiskies Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove the World Of Whiskies Promotion at any time without prior notice.

General Terms

13. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.

14. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

15. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

16. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of the Promotion and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry and/or participation in this Promotion.

17. By participating in this Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop and its supporting partners for the purposes of this Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

18. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.

19. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

20. A person who is not party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
