KrisShop LOVESG10 Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop LOVESG10 promotion  (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd., (“KrisShop”).
2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 15 March 2021 (1200 hrs Singapore time) to 30 April 2021 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).
3. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers may receive 10% off regular-priced items with no minimum spend under the With Love, SG concept store, subject to certain brand exclusions. The following brands are excluded from this promotion: Brewerkz Limited Edition, Louise Hill Design, Palola, Pine Garden, Rainbow Lapis, Scanteak, The Animal Project, The Lab Fragrances, The Golden Duck. Other brand exclusions may apply.
4. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight or via KrisShop order form or any other means.
5. This offer cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges, unless otherwise stated.
6. The discount will be applied at checkout on eligible items under the With Love, SG concept store when the promo code [LOVESG10] has been correctly entered.
7. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered on eligible Singapore Airlines, SilkAir or Scoot flights, or received via home delivery.
8. All purchases are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.
9. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
10. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
