KrisShop Time to Fly Travel Fair Exclusive Online Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. KrisShop Time to Fly Travel Fair Promotion ("Promotion") is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out at Time to Fly Travel Fair at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, Level 4, Hall 401, 402 & 403 ("Event") and is open to everyone who attends the Event ("Shoppers") during the promotion period from 24 October 2025 (0001hrs Singapore time) to 26 October 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time)(“Event Period”).

3. This Promotion shall consist of a Free Shipping promo code offer ("Free Shipping Promo Code") which may be distributed in an event that a product is out of stock at the KrisShop Booth at the Event, Customers may enjoy free local (Singapore) shipping on eligible product(s) using an exclusive promo code provided by KrisShop Staff on shift.

4. Shoppers who have successfully redeemed a Free Shipping Promo Code may receive a free local (Singapore) shipping for standard delivery (excluding applicable tax) on KrisShop.com when the Free Shipping Promo Code has been correctly entered at checkout. Free Shipping Promo Code is only valid during Event Period. For the avoidance of doubt, Promo Code is not available for Express Delivery. 

5. Free Shipping Promo Code is only applicable for online purchases made on KrisShop.com on eligible products in this page ("Eligible Products") that is sold at the Event. Promo Code cannot be applied in conjunction with other vouchers, promotions, deals, discounts, or coporate offers unless otherwise stated. For illustration purposes only:

• A Shopper added only Eligible Products to cart. If the Free Shipping Promo Code is applied during checkout, then the Shopper will receive free standard delivery for that order.
• However, if the free shipping promo code is applied to a cart containing both an Eligible Products and a product that is not one of the Eligible Products, a standard delivery will be charged for the entire order when the nett purchase is below S$75.

6. For the avoidance of doubt, Promo Code is only valid for use on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

7. Free Shipping Promo Code must be used within a single transaction and any amount remaining from the transaction will be forfeited.

8. If an order purchased using the Free Shipping Promo Code is returned, refunded, or cancelled, the discount value will not be refunded, reinstated, or replaced. Only the actual aggregate amount paid by the Cardholder will be refunded.

9. Free Shipping Promo Code is not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other products/services and cannot be used for the purchase of KrisShop e-gift cards.

10. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

11. Depending on your location, legal age restrictions may apply to the purchase of liquor. You are required to comply with all such laws. Pursuant to Singapore laws, it is an offence for individuals under 18 years of age to buy or attempt to buy liquor. Offenders may be liable on conviction to a fine of up to $10,000. For liquor purchases, photo identification may be requested by us for purposes of verifying your age.

12. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to the Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion and/or terminate the Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

13. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of the Promotion, and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry.
