KrisShop Singapore Airlines Time To Fly Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. This KrisShop Singapore Airlines Time To Fly Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com during the promotion period from 11 November 2022 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 31 December 2022 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).

3. Participation in this Promotion is limited to KrisShop customers in Singapore who have received a promotion code provided by a participating Singapore Airlines appointed travel agent (each, a “Shopper”).

4. During the Promotion Period, each Shopper who correctly enters promotion code at checkout may receive a S$10 discount with a minimum spend of S$100 on regular priced items per order for the selected delivery method (after applicable discounts, before shipping and taxes), subject to brand exclusions on KrisShop.com (the “Minimum Spend Criteria”).

5. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. However, If the Shopper meets the Minimum Spend Criteria for the entire order but selects two different delivery methods at checkout (i.e. both inflight delivery and home delivery) such that the aggregate value of the items purchased for each delivery method falls below the Minimum Spend Criteria, the Promotion will not apply.

6. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

7. Promotional codes that are not utilised during the Promotion Period will expire and be deemed to be forfeited.

 8. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

9. This Promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges, which are not specified as being subject to the Promotion, unless otherwise stated.

 10. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

 11. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

 12. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
