KrisShop Triple KrisFlyer Miles Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. This KrisShop Triple KrisFlyer Miles Promotion (the “Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).
2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers in accordance with clause 3 below (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 5 July 2022 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 28 July 2022 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).
3. The Promotion shall consist of:
3.1 KrisFlyer miles Promotion, as set out at 3.1(a) below; and
3.2 S$7 Off For Every S$70 Spend (discount capped at S$63) Promotion.

3.1 3X KrisFlyer miles promotion
i. During the Promotion Period, Non-KrisShoppers who have an active KrisFlyer account and complete their purchases on KrisShop.com while logged in to their valid KrisFlyer accounts (“KrisFlyer Shoppers”) may earn an additional 3 KrisFlyer miles (“Bonus Miles”) on top of the usual earn rate of 1.5 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent.

ii. During the Promotion period, each eligible KrisShopper who logged in to their valid KrisFlyer account may earn additional KrisFlyer Miles on top of the usual earn rate, based on their KrisShopper membership tiers (“Bonus Miles”):

iii. Apple products are excluded from this Promotion.
iv. Bonus KrisFlyer miles are only awarded on the cash portion of the total price of the items (excluding applicable tax, shipping fees and payment made with vouchers and/or KrisFlyer miles).
v. Bonus Miles will be credited to eligible Shoppers within 8 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.
vi. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Shopper.
3.2 S$7 Off For Every S$70 Spend (discount capped at S$63)
i. During the Promotion Period, each eligible Shopper may receive S$7 off for every S$70 spend, discount capped at maximum of S$63 off for the selected delivery method (excluding appliable tax and shipping fees) on regular-priced items on KrisShop.com, subject to certain brand exclusions (the “Minimum Spend Criteria”).
ii. Products in the brand exclusions list (each, an “Excluded Product”) will not count towards the Minimum Spend Criteria, to ascertain if the eligible Shopper has qualified for the S$7 Off For Every S$70 Spend promotion for the selected delivery method.
iii. If the Shopper meets the Minimum Spend Criteria for the entire order but selects two different delivery methods at checkout (i.e. both inflight delivery and home delivery) such that the aggregate value of the items purchased for each delivery method falls below the Minimum Spend Criteria, the S$7 Off For Every S$70 Spend promotion will not apply.
iv. The S$7 Off For Every S$70 Spend discount will be automatically applied at checkout, on eligible items when the Minimum Spend Criteria has been met for the selected delivery method.
v. The S$7 Off For Every S$70 Spend promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts and Shiseido Singapore Grand Launch promotion), unless otherwise stated.
General Terms: 4. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means5. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.
6. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions and KrisShopper Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the use and earning of KrisFlyer miles.
7. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
8. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
