KrisShop Scent The World Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop Scent The World Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all Shoppers during the promotion period from 01 February 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time)(“Promotion Period”).

3. During the promotion period, each eligible Shopper may receive a up to 20% discount on selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage on eligible regular-priced products (subject to brand exclusions) for inflight delivery only.

4. This Promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges, which are not specified as being subject to the Promotion, unless otherwise stated.  

General Terms

5. Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchase made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

6. All purchases are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the use and earning of KrisFlyer miles.

7. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

8. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, flight details, billing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts
