KrisShop STB15 Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This STB15 Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers in accordance with clause 3 below (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 20 November 2020 (0001 hrs Singapore time) to 24 November 2020 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).

3. The Promotion shall consist of (a) 15% off with a minimum spend of $150, details of which are set out as follows:

a. 15% off S$150 spend promotion

i. Each eligible Shopper will receive 15% off with a minimum spend of S$150 per transaction on regular-priced items (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period, subject to certain brand exclusions. Products in the brand exclusions list do not count towards minimum spend.

ii. This 15% off S$150 spend promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight or via KrisShop order form or any other means.

iii. The 15% discount will be applied at checkout, on eligible items when the promo code [STB15] has been correctly entered and the minimum spend of S$150 per transaction (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) has been met.

iv. This 15% off S$150 spend promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.

4. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered on eligible Singapore Airlines, SilkAir or Scoot flights, or received via home delivery.

5. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

6. This Promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges, which are not specified as being subject to the Promotion, unless otherwise stated.

7. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

8. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion, including to communicate with the Winners on collection of the Prize. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts
