KrisShop x StarHub S$15 off with S$180 spend Promotion Terms & Conditons

1. This KrisShop x StarHub S$15 off with S$180 spend promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”) and StarHub Limited (“StarHub”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers in accordance with clause 3 below ("Shoppers") during the promotion period from 1 December 2022 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 31 December 2022 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).

3. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers who are StarHub users may claim the promo code via the My StarHub app and enjoy S$15 off regular-priced items on KrisShop.com with a minimum spend of S$180 nett per transaction for the selected delivery method (after applicable discounts, before shipping and taxes) (the “Minimum Spend Criteria”)

4. Products in the brand exclusions list (each, an “Excluded Product”) are not eligible for this promotion and will not count towards the Minimum Spend Criteria.

5. This Promotion is valid for the first 200 redemptions only, on a first come, first served basis.

6. In the event of any refunds or returns, only the actual amount paid by the Shopper will be refunded.

7. This Promotion is valid for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and Kris+ mobile application. It is not valid for purchases made inflight or via the mail order form.

8. The promo code cannot be applied in conjunction with other promotional codes on KrisShop.com.

General Terms

9. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.

10. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

11. KrisShop and StarHub reserve the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

12. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
