KrisShop Time to Fly Travel Fair Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”)

1. KrisShop Time to Fly Travel Fair Promotion ("Promotion") is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).
2. This Promotion is carried out at KrisShop Booth at Time to Fly Travel Fair at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, Level 4, Hall 401, 402 & 403 ("KrisShop Booth") and is open to all customers (each, a "Shopper") during the promotion period from 24 October 2025 (1000hrs Singapore time) to 26 October 2025 (2100hrs Singapore time)(“Promotion Period”), conducted in accordance with Clause 3 below.
3. This Promotion shall consist of the following:
i. KrisShop X Mondrian Hotel Top Spender Promotion (as defined at Clause 3(A) below); and
ii. Limited Edition Little Toffee Purchase-with Purchase Promotion (as defined at Clause 3(B) below); and
iii. Paddington Luggage Cover Purchase-with Purchase Promotion (as defined at Clause 3(C) below); and
iv. KrisShop Social Media Giveaway (as defined at Clause 3(D) below)
The details of this Promotion are set out as follows:
A. KrisShop X Mondrian Hotel Top Spender Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Top Spender Terms and Conditions”)
i. This KrisShop X Mondrian Hotel Top Spender Promotion ("Promotion") is organised by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”). The winner will receive a two-night stay at Mondrian Singapore Duxton.
Steps to Qualify
ii. In order to participate in the Promotion, you must meet the following criteria (“Eligibility Criteria”):
a. Visit the KrisShop Booth at the Time to Fly Travel Fair at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, Level 4, Halls 401, 402 & 403 ("KrisShopBooth") during the promotion period from 24 October 2025 (1000hrs Singapore time) to 26 October 2025 (2100hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”);
b. Complete a purchase of KrisShop products at the KrisShop Booth with a minimum spend of S$100 per transaction (after all applicable discounts and excluding taxes);
c. Submit the participation form accessible via the QR code at the KrisShop Booth during the Promotion Period; and,
d. Have an active KrisFlyer membership.
iii. Employees of KrisShop, Singapore Airlines, Scoot, Pelago, SATS, 3Sixty, their affiliates, subsidiaries, related agencies, principal sponsors and suppliers associated with this Promotion are not eligible for the Promotion. Corporations and other artificial persons are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
iv. To the extent permitted under applicable law, products purchased at the KrisShop Booth are non-refundable and non-returnable. Only one-to-one exchanges for defective products are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.
v. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants in the Promotion by requesting reasonable information from participants for verification purposes. KrisShop also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not provide the requested verification information within five (5) working days of such request being sent, or who fails to satisfy or comply with these Top Spender Terms and Conditions.
vi. The demise of a participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry.
Winner and Prize
vii. The participant who accumulates the highest verified total spend via the QR code and meets the Eligibility Criteria will receive the following prize (“Prize”):
A two-night stay at Mondrian Singapore Duxton, located at 16A Duxton Hill, Singapore 089970
For example, a participant who spends $150 in one transaction and $200 in another transaction, and submits both transactions at separate times, in accordance with the Eligibility Criteria, will be considered to have spent a total of S$350 for purposes of computing whether this participant will be the top spender.
viii. KrisShop reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of equal or greater value at its discretion.
ix. At the end of the Promotion Period, if there is a tie among the top spenders, the participant who reached the highest spending amount first based on the timing of their submission will be awarded the Prize.
x. KrisShop will select the winner, conduct the necessary verifications, and contact the winner within ten (10) business days after the end of the Promotion Period. The winner must sign and return the letter of acceptance, in accordance with the instructions provided by KrisShop, within five (5) business days of KrisShop sending the letter. Once the signed letter is received, KrisShop will email the Mondrain Singapore e-voucher (“Voucher”) to the winner.
xi. The winner’s full name will be announced on Instagram by 14 November 2025.
Terms applicable to the Mondrian Singapore Duxton Prize
xii. Please refer to Annex A for the terms and conditions applicable to the Prize, as provided by Mondrian Singapore.
Miscellaneous
xiii. All decisions made by KrisShop, in respect of any matter relating to the Promotion, including the selection of the winner, shall be final.
xiv. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion or the usage of the Prize.
xv. These Top Spender Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
xvi. A person who is not party to these Top Spender Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any term of these Top Spender Terms and Conditions.
xvii. All purchases made at the KrisShop Booth in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.
xviii. By participating in this Promotion, each Shopper consent to the collection, use, disclosure and processing of all personal data they submit (including full name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) by KrisShop and its supporting partners for the purposes of administering this Promotion, including processing entries, communicating with Shoppers,announcing the winner, and facilitating Prize delivery. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
xix. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion and/or terminate the Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
Annex A: Prize Terms and Conditions Provided by Mondrian Singapore
xx. To confirm your reservation, please email enquiry.sg@mondrianhotels.com and include the date/time, full name and voucher number.
xxi. Voucher utilization will be from 27 October 2025 to 26 April 2026.
xxii. This voucher is non-refundable and black dates are applicable.
xxiii. This voucher covers room and taxes, all other costs incurred will be at the guests’ expense.
xxiv. This voucher cannot be encashed or exchanged for any other product or services.
xxv. This voucher must be presented upon utilisation of service.
xxvi. If voucher cannot be produced, payment must be made in full for all consumptions.
xxvii. Mondrian Singapore Duxton retains the right of final decision in the event of any dispute arising from the usage of this voucher.
B. Limited Edition Little Toffee Purchase-with Purchase Promotion
i. During the Promotion Period, customers who make a minimum purchase of S$100 in a single transaction at the KrisShop Booth during Promotion Period ("Little Toffee PWP Qualifying Transaction") are eligible to purchase the Limited Edition Little Toffee ("Little Toffee PWP Item") at a special price of S$19.
ii. Each Shopper who has qualified for a Little Toffee PWP Qualifying Transaction is only able to purchase a maximum quantity of five (5) pieces of Little Toffee PWP Item per transaction.
iii. Little Toffee PWP Item is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add or remove Limited Edition Little Toffee Purchase-with Purchase Promotion at any time without prior notice.
iv. Limited Edition Little Toffee Purchase-with Purchase Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions (other than Paddington Luggage Cover Purchase-with Purchase Promotion), offers and privileges (including SingaporeAirlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.
v. Little Toffee PWP Item are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash, credit, or other products/services.
C. Paddington Luggage Cover Purchase-with Purchase Promotion
i. During the Promotion Period, customers who makes any purchase at the KrisShop Booth during Promotion Period ("Paddington Qualifying Transaction") are eligible to purchase the Paddington Luggage Cover ("Paddington PWP item") at 50% off.
ii. Paddington PWP Item is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add or remove Paddington Luggage Cover Purchase-with Purchase Promotion at any time without prior notice.
iii. Paddington Luggage Cover Purchase-with Purchase Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions (other than Limited Edition Little Toffee Purchase-with Purchase Promotion), offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.
iv. Paddington PWP Item are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash, credit, or other products/services.
D. Snap and Redeem
i. During the Promotion Period, Participants may receive a complimentary Singapore Airlines Heritage Collection Foldable Shopping Bag (worth S$15) ("Giveaway Item") upon completion of the required steps in clause 3(D)iii below.
ii. This Snap and Redeem Promotion (“Snap and Redeem Promotion”) is open to all customers at KrisShop Booth.
iii. To participate, participants must fulfil the required steps:
a. Snap a photo with their favourite Batik Label character at the KrisShop Booth; and
b. Post the photo on their personal Instagram or Facebook account via post or story, tagging @krisshop; and
c. Follow @krisshop on Instagram or Facebook; andd. Present proof that they have completed the above required steps to staff at the KrisShop Booth for verification. (collectively, "Snap and Redeem Promotion Prerequisites")
iv. For the avoidance of doubt, participants are not required to have a public account.
v. Each participant is entitled to only one (1) redemption of Giveaway Item per day, regardless of the number of entries submitted.
vi. The Giveaway Item(s) are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, credit, or other products/services.
General Terms
4. All purchases made at KrisShop Booth in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms., and in the case of payment made via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+.
5. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to the Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion and/or terminate the Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
6. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of the Promotion and to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy or comply these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Shopper automatically disqualifies his/her entry.
