KrisShop's Spectacular Deals Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop Spectacular Deals promotion ("Promotion") is organised by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. ("KrisShop").
2. This Promotion will be carried out on KriShop.com and is open to all KrisFlyer Shoppers (as defined herein) during the promotion period from 11 April 2024 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 24 April 2024 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”). In these Terms and Conditions, “KrisFlyer Shoppers” refers to KrisShop customers who are active Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer members and who have logged into their valid KrisFlyer accounts on KrisShop.com before completing their transactions.
3. This Promotion will be carried out on the KrisShop on Kris+ mobile application and is open to all KrisFlyer Shoppers (as defined herein) during the promotion period from 11 April 2024 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 24 April 2024 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”). In these Terms and Conditions, “KrisFlyer Shoppers” refers to KrisShop customers who are active Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer members and who have logged into their valid KrisFlyer accounts on the KrisShop on Kris+ mobile application before completing their transactions.
4. During the Promotion Period, KrisShop customers who are active Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer members and who have logged into their valid KrisFlyer accounts on KrisShop.com and the KrisShop on Kris+ mobile application before completing their transactions (each, a “KrisFlyer Shopper”) may receive discounts of 30% off on selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage on KrisShop.com ( each, a "Deal" and collectively, “Deals”).
5. Payment for each Deal (excluding applicable taxes and shipping fees) must be made in full using KrisFlyer miles only. Cash payment (whether in whole or in part (i.e. mixed with the redemption of KrisFlyer miles) will not be accepted.
6. The following details will be set out in the Deal-specific product listing page in respect of each Deal:
(a) the total amount of KrisFlyer miles required to redeem each Deal item, which is inclusive of all discounts but excludes applicable taxes and shipping fees; and
(b) the relevant KrisFlyer miles redemption rate specific to that Deal, only in instances where the redemption rate for the specific Deal differs from the normal KrisFlyer miles redemption rate of 125 KrisFlyer miles for approximately S$1 spend, subject to a minimum usage of 1,000 KrisFlyer miles per transaction.
7. Deals are not valid for refunds or returns. Only 1 to 1 defective product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.
8. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.
9. This Promotion is valid for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and Krishop on Kris+ mobile application, and is not valid for purchases made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.
10. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.
11. This KrisShop Spectacular Deals Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions (other than the 16% milesback Promotion on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application), offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.
12. Deals are only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add or remove the Deals at any time without prior notice.
13. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms & conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice as its sole and absolute discretion.
14. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts
