KrisShop Anniversary Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop Anniversary Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion is carried out on KrisShop.com and KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application (each, an "Online Platform”). This Promotion is open to all Online Platform customers (each, a “Shopper”), during the applicable Promotion Periods (as defined below) and will be conducted in accordance with Clause 3 below.

3. This Promotion shall consist of the following:

i. The Mega Deals Promotion (as defined at Clause 3(a) below), which will take place from 1 August 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 31 August 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“Anniversary Mega Deals Promotion Period”); and

iii. The Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion (as defined at Clause 3(b) below), which will take place from 1 August 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 13 August 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“Anniversary Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion Period”).

The details of this Promotion are set out as follows:

(a) Mega Deals Promotion

i. During the Anniversary Mega Deals Promotion Period, a Shopper may receive up to eighty-one percent (81%) discount on selected products as specified on the Anniversary Mega Deals Promotion webpage on the Online Platforms.

ii. The Mega Deals Promotion is only valid for purchase(s) made on an Online Platform during the Anniversary Mega Deals Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchase(s) made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

iii. The Mega Deals Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions [(other than the Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion in Clause 3(b) of these Terms and Conditions], offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.

iv. Products purchased pursuant to the Mega Deals Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

v. The Mega Deals Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove the Mega Deals Promotion at any time without prior notice.

(b) The Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion

i. During the Anniversary Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) has an active KrisFlyer account (“KrisFlyer Shopper”), (2) completes purchase(s) on an Online Platform while logged into his/her valid KrisFlyer account and (3) meet the relevant minimum spend requirement (after all applicable discounts have been applied and excluding applicable tax, duties, and shipping fees), may earn additional Bonus KrisFlyer miles (“Anniversary Bonus Miles”), as set out below:

ii. The minimum spend requirement may be met through cumulative eligible spend across multiple transaction during the Anniversary Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion Period, in accordance with Clause 3(b)(i) of these terms and conditions.

iii. Purchases of KrisShop E-gift Cards are excluded from this Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion.

iv. Any part of a transaction on an Online Platform where payment is made by way of vouchers and/or KrisFlyer miles shall not be eligible for the usual KrisFlyer miles earn rates but will be eligible for this Promotion as set out in Clause 3(b)(i) of these Terms and Conditions.

v. The Anniversasry Bonus Miles will be credited to the eligible KrisFlyer member’s account within 12 weeks after the end of the Anniversary Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion Period.

vi. The Anniversary Bonus Miles awarded shall only be displayed on the relevant KrisFlyer Shopper’s KrisFlyer account statement once the Clause3(b)(v) has been carried out. The accrual date of the Bonus Miles shall be backdated to a date in the last month of the KrisFlyer Miles Promotion Period, i.e., August 2025.

vii. The Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion is only valid purchase(s) made on an Online Platform during Anniversary Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchase(s) made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

viii. The Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions [(other than the Mega Deals Promotion in Clause 3(a) of these Terms and Conditions)], offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.

ix. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any Anniversary Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Shopper for the relevant transaction(s).

General Terms

4. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.

5. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

6. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

7. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of this Promotion and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry and/or participation in this Promotion.

8. By participating in this Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed by KrisShop and its supporting partners for the purposes of this Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

9. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.

10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

11. A person who is not party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
