KrisShop SIA Appreciation Dinner 2025 Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. This KrisShop SIA Appreciation Dinner 2025 Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).
2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com (an "Online Platform) and is open to all Online Platform customers (each, a "Shopper") during the promotion period from 19 May 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 19 June 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time)("Promotion Period").
3. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers who meet relevant minimum spend criteria ("Minimum Spend Criteria") stated below may receive the following discounts on regular-priced items for selected delivery method (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period, subject to certain brand exclusions:

4. The S$10 discount (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) on KrisShop.com will be applied at checkout on eligible items when the promo code SIAEVENT-DINNER2025-10 ("S$10 Promo Code") has been correctly entered.
5. The S$10 Promo Code cannot be applied in conjunction with other promotional codes.
6. S$10 Promo Code is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.
7. If the Shopper meets the Minimum Spend Criteria for the entire order but selects two different delivery methods at checkout (i.e. both inflight delivery and home delivery) such that the aggregate value of the items purchased for each delivery method falls below the Minimum Spend Criteria, the relevant applicable Promotional Discount will not apply.
General Terms
8. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.
9. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.
10. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions and KrisShopper Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the use and earning of KrisFlyer miles.
11. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
12. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
