KrisShop PPS Exclusive Lunar New Year Lucky Draw Prize Promotion Terms & Conditons

1. This KrisShop PPS Exclusive Lunar New Year Lucky Draw Prize promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop PPS customers in accordance with clause 3 below ("Shoppers") during the promotion period from 6 February 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 28 February 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).

3. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers who are PPS users may receive promo code via Lucky Draw held during the CNY 2025 event and enjoy the following discounts when the code is entered correctly during checkout:
i) S$8 off regular-priced items on KrisShop.com with no minimum spend per transaction for the selected delivery method (after applicable discounts, before shipping and taxes)
OR
ii) S$18 off regular-priced items on KrisShop.com with a minimum spend of S$60 nett per transaction for the selected delivery method (after applicable discounts, before shipping and taxes) (the “Minimum Spend Criteria”)
OR
iii) S$58 off regular-priced items on KrisShop.com with no minimum spend of S$200 nett per transaction for the selected delivery method (after applicable discounts, before shipping and taxes) (the “Minimum Spend Criteria”)

4. Products in the brand exclusions list (each, an “Excluded Product”) are not eligible for this promotion and will not count towards the Minimum Spend Criteria.

5. This Promotion is valid for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, Kris+ or via KrisShop order form or any other means.

6. The promo code cannot be applied in conjunction with other promotional codes.General Terms

7. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.

8. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

9. KrisShop reserve the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

10. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
