KrisShop Season’s Savings Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop Season’s Savings Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion is carried out on KrisShop.com and KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application (each, an "Online Platform”). This Promotion is open to all Online Platform customers (each, a “Shopper”), subject to certain exclusions, during the applicable Promotion Periods (as defined below) and will be conducted in accordance with Clause 3 below.

3. This Promotion shall consist of the following:

i. The Christmas Mega Deals Promotion (as defined at Clause 3(a) below), which will take place from 5 December 2024 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 18 December 2024 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“Christmas Mega Deals Promotion Period”); and

ii. The Bonus KrisFlyer Miles Promotion (as defined at Clause 3(b) below), which will take place from 5 December 2024 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 18 December 2024 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“Bonus KrisFlyer Miles Promotion Period”).

The details of this Promotion are set out as follows:

(a) Christmas Mega Deals Promotion

i. During the Christmas Mega Deals Promotion Period, a Shopper may receive up to seventy percent (70%) discount on selected products as specified on the Mega Deals Promotion webpage on the Online Platforms.

ii. The Christmas Mega Deals Promotion is only valid for purchase(s) made on an Online Platform during the Christmas Mega Deals Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchase(s) made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

iii. The Christmas Mega Deals Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions [(other than the Bonus KrisFlyer Miles Promotion)], offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.

iv. Products purchased pursuant to the Christmas Mega Deals Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

v. The Christmas Mega Deals Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove the Christmas Mega Deals Promotion at any time without prior notice.

(b) Bonus KrisFlyer Miles Promotion

i. In these Terms and Conditions, “KrisFlyer Shoppers” refers to Shoppers who (1) has active KrisFlyer account and (2) completes purchase(s) on an Online Platform while logged into his/her valid KrisFlyer account before completing their transactions.

ii. During the Bonus KrisFlyer Miles Promotion, KrisFlyer Shoppers who satisfy the conditions below may receive bonus KrisFlyer miles (“Bonus Miles”) for each eligible transaction:

a. KrisFlyer Shoppers who meet the minimum spend requirement of S$300 spend for each eligible transaction (including all applicable discounts and excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) (the “Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria”) may earn an additional 1,200 KrisFlyer miles for every S$300 eligible spend (the “Bonus Miles”);

b. The Bonus Miles awarded for each eligible transaction will be capped at a maximum of 12,000 KrisFlyer miles, which will be awarded for a S$3,000 eligible spend on that eligible transaction;

c. Brand exclusions apply. Any spend on the these products will not be included in the computation of the Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria;

d. Purchases of KrisShop E-gift Cards are excluded from this Promotion. Any spend on these KrisShop E-gift Cards will not be included in the computation of the Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria; and

e. The Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria for each eligible transaction must be made in full via one transaction on the same platform (i.e. via KrisShop.com or KrisShop via Kris+ mobile application). If the Shopper meets the Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria for the entire order but selects two different delivery methods at checkout (i.e. both inflight delivery and home delivery) such that the aggregate value of the items purchased for each delivery method falls below the Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria, no Bonus Miles will be awarded. For illustration purposes only:

• A KrisFlyer Shopper has completed two separate transactions on KrisShop.com via cash payment (using a valid credit and/or debit cards) during the Promotion Period with an aggregate value of S$600 (after applicable discounts and excluding applicable tax and shipping fees are applied), where Transaction A has a net amount of S$300 and Transaction B has a net amount of S$300. The 1,200 bonus KrisFlyer miles will be awarded for both Transaction A and Transaction B respectively, as each of Transaction A and Transaction B satisfies the Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria conditions set out in Clause 3(b) of these Terms and Conditions.
• During the Promotion Period, a KrisFlyer Shopper has completed two separate transactions via cash payment (using a valid credit and/or debit card) as follows:
  • (1) Transaction A on KrisShop.com with a net amount of S$300, and
  • (2) Transaction B via the Kris+ mobile application with a net amount of S$100.
    While there is an aggregate value of S$400 (after applicable discounts, and before taxes and shipping fees are applied) for both Transaction A and Transaction B, the 1,200 bonus KrisFlyer miles will only be awarded in respect of Transaction A.

iii. Any part of a transaction on an Online Platform where payment is made by way of vouchers and/or KrisFlyer miles shall not be eligible for the usual KrisFlyer miles earn rates but will be eligible for this Promotion as set out in Clause 3(b) of these Terms and Conditions.

iv. The Bonus Miles are only valid for purchases made on Online Platforms during the Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchase made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

v. The Bonus Miles will be credited to the eligible KrisFlyer Shoppers account within 12 weeks after the last date of the Promotion Period

vi. The Bonus Miles awarded shall only be displayed on the relevant KrisFlyer Shopper’s KrisFlyer account statement once Clause3(b)(v) has been carried out. The accrual date of the Bonus Miles shall be backdated to a date in the last month of the Promotion Period, i.e., December 2024.

vii. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Shopper for the relevant transaction(s).

viii. For the avoidance of doubt, a KrisFlyer Shopper whose purchase(s) qualifies for this Promotion as set out in Clause 3 shall also be eligible for the KrisShopper Bonus Miles Promotion, provided that said KrisFlyer Shopper has not completed any transaction(s) with their valid KrisFlyer account on an Online Platform or via inflight delivery (on any Singapore Airlines or Scoot flight) since 1st January 2019, subject to the KrisShopper Bonus Miles Promotion Terms and Conditions.

ix. Products purchased pursuant to this Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

x. This Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

General Terms

4. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.

5. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

6. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to the Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion and/or terminate the Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

7. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of the Promotion, and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry.

8. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop and its supporting partners for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

9. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and will not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in the Promotion.
