KrisShop's February Frenzy Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This February Frenzy Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).
2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application and is open to all KrisShop customers in accordance with clause 3 below (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 7 February 2023 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 2 March 2023 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).
3. The Promotion shall consist of:
(a) Buy 2 & Get 12% off Promotion;
(b) [Ended] GST Absorbed Promotion; and
(c) [Ended] 1,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion
details of which are set out as follows:
i. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers who meet the relevant Minimum Spend Criteria (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) stated below may receive one of the following discounts for regular-priced items for that transaction, subject to certain brand exclusions:

ii. Products in the brand exclusions list (each, an “Excluded Product”) will count towards the Minimum Spend Criteria and Minimum Purchase Quantity per Transaction, to ascertain if the eligible Shopper has qualified for the Buy 2 & Get 12% off Promotion for the selected delivery method. However, even if the Minimum Spend Criteria and Minimum Purchase Quantity per Transaction have been met by the eligible Shopper for that transaction, the relevant applicable Promotional Discount will not apply to each Excluded Product.
iii. If the Shopper meets the Minimum Spend Criteria for the entire order but selects two different delivery methods at checkout (i.e. both inflight delivery and home delivery) such that the aggregate value of the items purchased for each delivery method falls below the Minimum Spend Criteria, the relevant applicable Promotional Discount will not apply.
iv. The relevant applicable Promotional Discount will be automatically applied at checkout, on eligible items when the Minimum Spend Criteria and Minimum Purchase Quantity per Transaction has been met for the selected delivery method.
v. This Buy 2 & Get 12% off Promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.
i. From 7 February 2023 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 15 February 2023 (2359 hrs Singapore time), each eligible Shopper will be able to enjoy Singapore Goods and Services tax (“GST”) savings on regular-priced items (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) on KrisShop.com and KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application with a minimum spend of S$250 per transaction (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees, subject to certain brand exclusions (“GST Promotion Minimum Spend Criteria”).
ii. Products in the brand exclusions list (each, an “Excluded Product”) will count towards the GST Promotion Minimum Spend Criteria, to ascertain if the eligible Shopper has qualified for the GST Absorbed Promotion and will be able to enjoy the GST savings. However, even if the Minimum Spend Criteria has been met by the eligible Shopper for that transaction, the GST Absorbed Promotion will not apply to each Excluded Product.
iii. The GST Absorbed Promotion is valid only for purchases made on KrisShop.com and KrisShop via Kris+ mobile application for home delivery within Singapore.
iv. This GST Absorbed Promotion is not valid for inflight delivery, international delivery and purchases made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.
v. This GST Absorbed Promotion may be stacked with the Buy 2, Get 12% off Promotion.
vi. The GST Absorbed Promotion will be automatically calculated and applied at checkout on eligible items. To avoid doubt, the GST Absorbed Promotion will be calculated and applied to the final total payment amount if the Promotion is stacked with other eligible promotions (including PPS Club discounts), unless otherwise stated.
i. From 7 February 2023 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 11 February 2023 (2359 hrs Singapore time), KrisFlyer members who have an active KrisFlyer account and complete a transaction with a minimum spend of S$200 (including all applicable discounts and excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) on KrisShop.com and on Kris+ mobile application while logged in to their valid KrisFlyer accounts (“KrisFlyer Shoppers”) may earn an additional 1,000 KrisFlyer miles (“Bonus Miles”) with the relevant minimum spend requirement for the selected delivery method (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) stated below:

ii. Additional 1,000 KrisFlyer miles with min. spend of S$200 (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) will be awarded based the same platform. For illustration purposes only:
Member completed two separate transactions on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period with an aggregate value of S$200 (after applicable discounts, and before taxes and shipping fees are applied), where Purchase A has a net amount of S$100 and Purchase B has a net amount of S$100, 1,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles will not be awarded.
iii. Transactions where payment is made with vouchers shall not count towards the minimum amount required for each transaction under this 1,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles promotion, and are not eligible for the usual KrisFlyer mile earn rate of 1.5 KrisFlyer miles per dollar spent.
iv. Bonus KrisFlyer miles will be credited to eligible KrisFlyer Shoppers within 8 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.
v. Transactions carried out under this Promotion are not eligible to be considered as a non-air transaction for the purposes of the KrisFlyer Unlock Status Credits without Flying Campaign.
vi. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any bonus KrisFlyer miles issued to any KrisFlyer Member.
4. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.
5. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.
6. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
7. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
8. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
