KrisShop Black Friday Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop Black Friday Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and on KrisShop via Kris+ mobile application, and is open to all KrisShop customers in accordance with clause 3 below (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 22 November 2022 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 30 November 2022 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).

3. Shoppers may receive 15% off the total price of their items total (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) with a minimum spend of S$230 on regular-priced items on KrisShop.com and on KrisShop via Kris+ mobile application during the Promotion Period, subject to certain brand exclusions.

4.  Products in the brand exclusions list (each, an “Excluded Product”) will count towards the Minimum Spend Criteria, to ascertain if the eligible Shopper has qualified for the 15% off Promotion for the selected delivery method. However, even if the Minimum Spend Criteria has been met by the eligible Shopper for that transaction, the relevant applicable Promotional Discount will not apply to each Excluded Product.

5. This 15% off minimum S$230 spend promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and on KrisShop via Kris+ mobile application, and is not valid for purchases made inflight or via KrisShop order form or any other means.

6. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered on eligible Singapore Airlines, SilkAir or Scoot flights, or received via home delivery.

7. All purchases are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and the use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

8. This Promotion cannot be applied with existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges, which are not specified as being subject to the Promotion, unless otherwise stated.

9. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

10. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
