1. This KrisShop 72 Hours Flash Deals (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers in accordance with clause 3 below (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 21 June 2022 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 23 June (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”). 

3. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers may receive up to 60% discount on selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage on KrisShop.com ("72 Hours Flash Deals").

4. 72 Hours Flash Deals are valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchases made on board applicable flights or via KrisShop order form or any other means.

5. Purchases of 72 Hours Flash Deals cannot be made in conjunction with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.

6. Products purchased from 72 Hours Flash Deals are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 defective product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

7. 72 Hours Flash Deals are only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add or remove the 72 Hours Flash Deals at any time without prior notice.

General Terms

8. Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchases made on board applicable flights or via KrisShop order form or any other means.

13. All purchases are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and the use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

14. This Promotion cannot be applied with existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges, which are not specified as being subject to the Promotion, unless otherwise stated.

15. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

16. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including the items each Shopper has purchased, amounts spent for each eligible transaction for the relevant promotion, and each Shopper’s KrisFlyer membership tier) may be collected, used, disclosed or otherwise processed (collectively “Processed”)  by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

17. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
