KrisShop MARCH20 Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. This KrisShop MARCH20 Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers in accordance with clause 3 below, during the applicable promotion periods as follows:

During the applicable Promotion Period, each eligible KrisFlyer Shopper or Shopper as the case may be who correctly enters the promo code MARCH20 at checkout may receive a 20% discount on regular-priced beauty, fashion, health & wellness, travel & gifts, writing, pets, sports & fitness and wine and spirits products, subject to certain brand exclusions (listed in point 10 below) on KrisShop.com. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

4. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.

5. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

6. This Promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges, which are not specified as being subject to the Promotion, unless otherwise stated.

7. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. 9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
