KrisShop x ZipZap Car Subscription New Customer KrisShopper Perks Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. This KrisShop x ZipZap Car Subscription New Customer KrisShopper Perks Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”) and ZipZap Mobility Pte. Ltd. (“ZipZap Car Subscription”).
2. This Promotion is open exclusively to KrisShopper loyalty programme members (each, a “KrisShopper”) from 15 December 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 30 June 2026 (2359hrs Singapore time)(“Promotion Period”).
3. During the Promotion Period, eligible KrisShoppers who are first-time users of ZipZap Car Subscription may receive S$188 off their first month’s subscription fee, for subscriptions of six (6) months or longer. To redeem, users must subscribe to ZipZap Car Subscription and quote the promotional code “KRISSHOPZZ188” when contacting the ZipZap Car Subscription team (“Promotion”).
4. This Promotion is only applicable to the first month of subscription fee for new ZipZap Car Subscription customers only.
5. This Promotion applies only to subscriptions completed by 30 June 2026 and with a minimum subscription period of six (6) months.
6. This Promotion is strictly non-redeemable for cash, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-exchangeable and non-replaceable.
7. This Promotion is applicable to all product offerings under ZipZap Car Subscription and limited redemptions only.

9. KrisShop and ZipZap Car Subscription jointly reserve the right to, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
10. KrisShop shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness of any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and KrisShop shall not at any time be responsible for or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about the quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with ZipZap Car Subscription.
General Terms
11. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.
12. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The Use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.
13. All decisions made by KrisShop and ZipZap Car Subscription in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. KrisShop and ZipZap Car Subscription jointly reserve the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice at their sole and absolute discretion.
14. KrisShop and ZipZap Car Subscription jointly reserve the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of the Promotion and reserve the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions.
15. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
16. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.
17. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
