KrisShop x Yoga Movement S$100 Off KrisShopper Perks Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. This KrisShop x Yoga Movement S$100 Off KrisShopper Perks Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”) and Yoga Movement Pte. Ltd. (“Yoga Movement”).
2. This Promotion is open exclusively to KrisShopper loyalty programme members (each, a “KrisShopper”) from 1 September 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 30 September 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time).
3. During the Promotion Period, eligible KrisShoppers who are first-time customers of Yoga Movement may be eligible for a S$100 discount on the Yoga Movement Newbie 5 Class Pack, where the promotional code “100YOGISONBOARD” must be correctly entered by the customer at checkout on Yoga Movement’s website or mobile application.
4. This Promotion is valid for online bookings made only through the designated link https://www.yogamovement.com/classes/buy-class-pack or via the Yoga Movement mobile application.
5. This Promotion is limited to the first 200 redemptions only.
6. This Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, vouchers, offers, or discounts. The promotional code “100YOGISONBOARD” cannot be applied in conjunction with other promotional codes at checkout.
7. KrisShop and Yoga Movement reserve the right to, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
8. KrisShop shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness of any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and KrisShop shall not at any time be responsible for or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about the quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Yoga Movement.
General Terms
9. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.
10. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The Use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.
11. All decisions made by KrisShop and Yoga Movement in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. KrisShop and Yoga Movement reserve the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice at their sole and absolute discretion.
12. KrisShop and Yoga Movement reserve the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of the Promotion and reserve the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions.
13. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
14. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.
15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
