KrisShop x Valmont KrisShopper Perks Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. This KrisShop x Valmont KrisShopper Perks Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”) and Asleya Pte. Ltd. (“Valmont”).
2. This Promotion is open exclusively to KrisShopper loyalty programme members (each, a “KrisShopper”) and is ongoing from 1 September 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time), subject to change or termination at the discretion of KrisShop and Valmont.
3. During the Promotion Period, all KrisShoppers shall be entitled to purchase any 75-minute Valmont facial treatment at a special promotional rate of S$240 (usual price: S$430), along with a complimentary 4-piece post-treatment Valmont set, subject to the following terms and conditions:
a) Appointment booking is required and must be made via www.asleya.co/book-online or WhatsApp at +65 8803 0117/ +65 89006643.
b) The promotional code “KSP-EG-ST082025-02” must be correctly entered by the customer at checkout.
c) The complimentary 4-piece Valmont set is provided after treatment, subject to availability, while stocks last, and is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
4. This Promotion is available exclusively at TANGS at Tang Plaza, Level 4 outlet. Opening hours are from 11.00am to 9.00pm, with the latest appointment at 7.00pm.
5. A confirmation email or SMS must be presented at the time of the appointment for verification purposes.6. Service purchased under this Promotion is non-refundable, non-replaceable, and cannot be exchanged for credits.
7. The facial package must be redeemed within six (6) months from the date of purchase. The validity period is strictly non-extendable.
8. This Promotion may not be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or vouchers unless otherwise stated.
9. KrisShop and Valmont reserve the right to, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time withoutprior notice.
10. KrisShop shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness of any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and KrisShop shall not at any time be responsible for or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about the quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Valmont.
General Terms
11. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.
12. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The Use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.
13. All decisions made by KrisShop and Valmont in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. KrisShop and Valmont reserve the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice at their sole and absolute discretion.
14. KrisShop and Valmont reserve the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of the Promotion and reserve the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions.
15. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
16. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.
17. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
