1. This KrisShop x The Core Reformery New Customer KrisShopper Perks Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”) and The Core Reformery Pte. Ltd. (“The Core Reformery”).
2. This Promotion is open exclusively to KrisShopper loyalty programme members (each, a “KrisShopper”) from 15 November 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 31 December 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time).
3. During the Promotion Period, eligible KrisShoppers who are first-time customers of The Core Reformery may purchase a 3-Group Class package from The Core Reformery's Trial menu at a discounted price of S$99 (regularly priced at S$109). To redeem, the promotional code “TCRXKRISSHOPNEW” must be correctly entered by the customer at checkout on The Core Reformery’s website.
4. This Promotion is valid for online bookings made only through the designated link www.thecorereformery.com/pricing.
5. This Promotion is limited to one (1) redemption per new The Core Reformery customer.
6. This Promotion is valid only for the 3-Group Class package under The Core Reformery’s Trial menu and cannot be applied to private sessions or any other class types.
7. The 3-Group Class package is valid for one (1) month from the date of purchase.
8. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions or introductory offers.
9. Promotional purchases are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and non-exchangeable.
10. All classes are subject to The Core Reformery’s booking and cancellation policies.

12. KrisShop and The Core Reformery jointly reserve the right to, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
13. KrisShop shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness of any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and KrisShop shall not at any time be responsible for or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about the quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with The Core Reformery.
General Terms
14. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.
15. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The Use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.
16. All decisions made by KrisShop and The Core Reformery in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. KrisShop and The Core Reformery jointly reserve the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice at their sole and absolute discretion.
17. KrisShop and The Core Reformery jointly reserve the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of the Promotion and reserve the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions.
18. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
19. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.
20. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
