KrisShop x Sofitel Infinite Family Experiences KrisShopper Perks Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. This KrisShop x Sofitel Infinite Family Experiences KrisShopper Perks Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”) and The Singapore Resort & Spa (“Sofitel”).
2. This Promotion is open exclusively to KrisShopper loyalty programme members (each, a “KrisShopper”) from 8 December 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 7 March 2026 (2359hrs Singapore time)(“Promotion Period”).
3. During the Promotion Period, eligible KrisShoppers may enjoy 10% off the Infinite Family Experiences package at Sofitel Singapore Sentosa (“Promotion”). The package includes:
- Minimum two-night stay in a Luxury Garden Room, Luxury Family Room, Prestige Suite or Prestige Family Suite
- Daily buffet breakfast for two persons at Kwee Zeen
- S$150 nett dining credit per day
- Afternoon Tea for two adults at LeBar (applicable during the school holidays: 14 - 22 March, 30 May - 28 June, 5 - 13 September, and 21 November - 31 December 2026)
- Kids' Afternoon Tea (for up to three kids per stay) with game usage (applicable during the school holidays: 14 - 22 March, 30 May - 28 June, 5 - 13 September, and 21 November - 31 December 2026)
4. This Promotion is available for stays booked until 7 March 2026. To redeem, guests must quote “KrisShopper Perks Programme” at the time of booking via the booking link provided.
5. Bookings made under this Promotion are subject to a cancellation policy requiring cancellation at least seven (7) days prior to arrival date.
6. The dining credit provided under this Promotion can be used at Kwee Zeen, LeBar or The Cliff. Any unused portion of the credit is strictly non-refundable.
7. This Promotion is subject to the availability of rooms allocated for the Promotion. Guests are encouraged to search for alternative dates if their preferred dates are unavailable.
8. Advanced bookings and reservations are required.

10. KrisShop and Sofitel jointly reserve the right to, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
11. KrisShop shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness of any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and KrisShop shall not at any time be responsible for or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about the quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Sofitel.
General Terms
12. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.
13. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The Use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.
14. All decisions made by KrisShop and Sofitel in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. KrisShop and Sofitel jointly reserve the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice at their sole and absolute discretion.
15. KrisShop and Sofitel jointly reserve the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of the Promotion and reserve the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions.
16. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
17. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.
18. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
