KrisShop x SKAI KrisShopper Perks Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. This Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”) and RC Hotels Pte. Ltd. (“Fairmont Singapore & Swissôtel The Stamford”).
2. This Promotion is open exclusively to KrisShopper loyalty programme members (each, a “KrisShopper”) and is ongoing from 17 October 2025 (1600hrs Singapore time) to 31 January 2026 (2359hrs Singapore time).
3. During the Promotion Period, KrisShoppers may be eligible to receive an additional 10% discount (the “Discount”) on A Paddington™-Inspired High Tea at SKAI, a restaurant operated by Fairmont Singapore & Swissôtel The Stamford.
4. The Discount is only applicable for weekday bookings and is not valid for bookings made on weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays.
5. Guests must complete a booking through the designated online link provided. The 10% discount on the high tea bill is only applicable on the day of the visit and is valid exclusively for guests who have made a prior booking via the specified link. No discount will be granted without a confirmed booking.
6. Proof of KrisShopper membership must be shown to SKAI staff at the point of payment by logging into the KrisShopper’s KrisShop account at www.krisshop.com and presenting the Account Summary screen (found at the top right corner of the website), where the membership status is clearly displayed.
7. Fairmont Singapore & Swissôtel The Stamford, including its restaurant SKAI, reserves the right to refuse or revoke the Discount at the point of payment if valid membership verification cannot be provided upon request by SKAI staff, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
8. The Discount is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other vouchers or products.
9. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, vouchers, or ongoing offers at SKAI.
10. For any enquiries related to this Promotion or redemption at SKAI, please contact SKAI via dining.singapore@swissotel.com. SKAI is part of the FairmontSingapore & Swissôtel The Stamford hotel group.
11. KrisShop and Fairmont Singapore & Swissôtel The Stamford jointly reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
12. KrisShop shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness of any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and KrisShop shall not at any time be responsible for or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about the quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Fairmont Singapore & Swissôtel The Stamford.
General Terms
13. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.
14. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The Use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.
15. All decisions made by KrisShop and Fairmont Singapore & Swissôtel The Stamford in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. KrisShop and Fairmount Singapore & Swissôtel The Stamford reserve the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice at their sole and absolute discretion.
16. KrisShop and Fairmont Singapore & Swissôtel The Stamford reserve the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of the Promotion and reserve the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions.
17. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
18. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.
19. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
