KrisShop x Pelago KrisShopper Perks Promotion Terms & Conditions 

1. This KrisShop x Pelago KrisShopper Perks Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”) and Encounters Pte. Ltd. (“Pelago”). 

2. This Promotion is open exclusively to KrisShopper loyalty programme members (each, a “KrisShopper”) from 1 December 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 31 March 2026 (2359hrs Singapore time). 

3. During the Promotion Period, KrisShoppers may be eligible to earn 8 miles per dollar on the Pelago Rainforest Wild ASIA tickets, where the customer needs to log in using their KrisFlyer membership number before checkout. 

4. This Promotion is only valid for online bookings made through the designated booking link provided by Pelago.  

5. This Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, vouchers, offers, or discounts. The promotion cannot be applied in conjunction with other promotional codes at checkout on the Pelago platform.  

6. Bookings made under this Promotion are subject to Pelago’s cancellation and refund policies. Where a booked activity is designated as non-cancellable or non-refundable on the Pelago platform, no cancellations or refunds will be permitted.

8. KrisShop and Pelago jointly reserve the right to, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.  

9. KrisShop and Pelago are not the operators or providers of the booked activities offered under this Promotion. All products and services are provided by independent third-party service providers. Pelago will assist customers in facilitating communication and resolving issues or disputes; however, the responsibility for service delivery, safety, quality and performance rests with the respective service providers 

General Terms  

10. Tickets for the booked activities under this Promotion are delivered in the form of electronic vouchers or booking confirmations, which will be sent via email. 

11. All bookings made under this Promotion are subject to Pelago’s Terms of Use and the terms of the respective service providers 

12. All decisions made by KrisShop and Pelago in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. KrisShop and Pelago jointly reserve the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice at their sole and absolute discretion. 

13. KrisShop and Pelago jointly reserve the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of the Promotion and reserve the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions.  

14. Where the booking and payment are completed on Pelago’s platform, personal data will be collected, used and processed by Pelago in accordance with Pelago’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. KrisShop may receive limited customer data from Pelago for Promotion validation and reporting only, and such data will be handled in accordance with KrisShop’s Privacy Policy 

15. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.

16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
