KrisShop x KOBO Jewellery KrisShopper Perks Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. This Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”) and HYNT Pte. Ltd. (“KOBO Jewellery”).

2. This Promotion is open exclusively to KrisShopper loyalty programme members (each, a “KrisShopper”) and is ongoing from 1 October 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 31 March 2026 (2359hrs Singapore time).

3. During the Promotion Period, KrisShoppers may be eligible to receive an additional S$100 discount (the “Discount”) on the 18K Gold and Platinum Jewellery Classes listed on KOBO Jewellery’s Workshop Menu (“Eligible Classes”), provided they satisfy all of the following conditions:

• The KrisShopper must spend a minimum of S$600 and make two or more items on the Eligible Classes in a single transaction.
• The KrisShopper must correctly enter the promotional code “KOBOKSP2526” at checkout on kobojewellery.com.
• The KrisShopper must present proof of their valid KrisShopper membership status at the point of payment (after the class completion) or upon request by a designated KOBO Jewellery staff member (details for verification are set out in Clause 4 below).

4. Proof of KrisShopper membership must be shown by logging into the KrisShopper’s KrisShop account at www.krisshop.com and presenting the Account Summary screen (found at the top right corner of the website), where the membership status is clearly displayed.

5. KOBO Jewellery reserves the right to refuse or revoke the Discount at the point of payment if valid membership verification cannot be provided upon request by KOBO Jewellery staff member, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

6. The Discount is strictly non-transferrable and must be utilised by the eligible KrisShopper who made the booking.

7. The Discount is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other vouchers or products.

8. This Promotion is valid in conjunction with the complimentary birthstone gift received upon attending a bridal viewing session for the Bridal Jewellery Classes listed on KOBO Jewellery’s Workshop Menu.

10. KrisShop and KOBO Jewellery jointly reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

11. KrisShop shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness of any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and KrisShop shall not at any time be responsible for or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about the quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with KOBO Jewellery.

General Terms

12. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.

13. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The Use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

14. All decisions made by KrisShop and KOBO Jewellery in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. KrisShop and KOBO Jewellery reserve the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice at their sole and absolute discretion.

15. KrisShop and KOBO Jewellery reserve the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of the Promotion and reserve the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions.

16. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used,disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

17. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.

18. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
