KrisShop x GetGo Car Sharing Existing Customer KrisShopper Perks Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. This KrisShop x GetGo Car Sharing Existing Customer KrisShopper Perks Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”) and GetGo Technologies Pte. Ltd. (“GetGo Carsharing”).
2. This Promotion is open exclusively to KrisShopper loyalty programme members (each, a “KrisShopper”) from 12 December 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 31 January 2027 (2359hrs Singapore time)(“Promotion Period”).
3. During the Promotion Period, KrisShoppers may be eligible to receive 13% off their weekday Time Charge bookings on GetGo Carsharing with no minimum spend, subject to a maximum discount of S$10. To redeem, users must enter the promotional code “KRISSHOPGG13TC” in the GetGo Carsharing mobile application at the point of booking (“Promotion”).
4. This Promotion is applicable for bookings scheduled and completed by 31 January 2027.
5. This Promotion is applicable for Time Charge bookings only. For bookings with a value exceeding S$10, the portion of the booking cost in excess of S$10 shall be borne by the user.
6. This Promotion is applicable for Standard, Standard EV, Economy and Commercial EVs only.
7. This Promotion is valid on weekdays only. Not applicable on the eves of public holidays and on public holidays.
8. During the Promotion Period, each user is entitled to a maximum of 15 redemptions of the promotional code, limited to one (1) redemption per month.
9. This Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, and other vouchers.
10. In the event of booking cancellation, the promotional code “KRISSHOPGG13TC” will be forfeited and will not be reissued or replaced.
11. The redemption of this Promotion shall not be construed as a guarantee of account verification. All verification applications will continue to be assessed in accordance with GetGo Carsharing verification policies.

13. KrisShop and GetGo Carsharing jointly reserve the right to, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
14. KrisShop shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness of any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and KrisShop shall not at any time be responsible for or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about the quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with GetGo Carsharing.
General Terms
15. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.
16. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The Use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.
17. All decisions made by KrisShop and GetGo Carsharing in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. KrisShop and GetGo Carsharing jointly reserve the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice at their sole and absolute discretion.
18. KrisShop and GetGo Carsharing jointly reserve the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of the Promotion and reserve the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions.
19. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
20. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.
21. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
