KrisShop x Chin Mee Chin KrisShopper Perks Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. This Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”) and Chin Mee Chin Bakery Pte. Ltd. (“Chin Mee Chin”).

2. This Promotion is open exclusively to KrisShopper loyalty programme members (each, a “KrisShopper”) and is ongoing from 1 September 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time), subject to change or termination at the discretion of KrisShop and Chin Mee Chin.

3. During the Promotion Period, all KrisShoppers may be eligible to receive one (1) complimentary item from the following menu options with a minimum spend of S$15 in a single in-store transaction:·

Luncheon Meat Bun
Laksa Bun
Brown Bun
Hae Bee Hiam Bun
Otah Bun

4. This Promotion is only valid for in-store purchases made at the following outlet:

5. To verify eligibility, customers must log in to their KrisShop account at www.krisshop.com and present their KrisShopper membership status (visible under Account Summary at the top right corner of the website) to Chin Mee Chin staff at the point of payment or redemption.

6. Complimentary buns are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while daily stocks last.

7. Each eligible customer is entitled to one (1) complimentary bun per S$15 spent in a single receipt.

8. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, vouchers, or ongoing offers at Chin Mee Chin.

10. KrisShop and Chin Mee Chin reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

11. KrisShop shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness of any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and KrisShop shall not at any time be responsible for or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about the quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Chin Mee Chin.

General Terms

12. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.

13. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The Use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

14. All decisions made by KrisShop and Chin Mee Chin in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. KrisShop and Chin Mee Chin reserve the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice at their sole and absolute discretion.

15. KrisShop and Chin Mee Chin reserve the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of the Promotion and reserve the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions.

16. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

17. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.

18. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
