KrisShop Moments Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. This KrisShop Moments Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).
2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers in Singapore (“Singapore Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 8 February 2022 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 28 February 2022 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).
3. The Promotion shall consist of:

(a)     up to 25% discount; and
(b)     Gift with Purchase

details of which are set out as follows:

(a)     Up to 25% discount

i. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers may receive up to a 25% discount on selected KrisShop Moments products as specified on the respective product page on KrisShop.com ("Deals").

ii. The applicable discount will be automatically applied at checkout on eligible items.

 iii. Purchases of Deals cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS Club discounts), unless otherwise stated.

iv. Deals are only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add or remove the Deals at any time without prior notice.

(b)     Gift with Purchase

i. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers may receive complimentary gifts with purchase of selected KrisShop Moments products (collectively, “Gift”), as indicated on the respective product page.

ii. The Gift will be issued on the day of service redemption, on a while stocks last basis. The service provider reserves the right to change or replace the Gift at any time without prior notice.

General Terms:

4. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

5. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

6. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

7. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

8. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
