KrisShop KrisFlyer Fest Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop KrisFlyer Fest Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion is carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all customer (each, a “Shopper”), during the applicable Promotion Periods (as defined below) and will be conducted in accordance with Clause 3 below.

3. This Promotion shall consist of the following:

i. KFFEST15 Promotion (as defined at Clause 3(a) below), which will take place from 2 November 2024 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 3 November 2024 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“KFFEST15 Promotion Period”); and

ii. KFFEST30 Promotion (as defined at Clause 3(b) below), which will take place from 2 November 2024 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 3 November 2024 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“KFFEST30 Promotion Period”); and

iii. Bonus Miles Promotion (as defined at Clause 3(ac) below), which will take place from 2 November 2024 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 3 November 2024 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“Bonus Miles Promotion Period”).

The details of this Promotion are set out as follows.

(a) KFFEST15 Promotion

i. During the KFFEST15 Promotion, a shopper may receive 15% discount on selected products as specified on the KFFEST15 Promotion webpage (“Eligible Items”) on KrisShop.com.

ii. The discount will be applied at checkout on eligible items when the promo code KFFEST15 has been correctly entered at checkout.

iii. The promo code KFFEST15 cannot be applied in conjunction with other promotional codes.

iv. The KFFEST15 Promotion is only valid for purchase(s) made on KrisShop.com during the KFFEST15 Promotion Period, and are not valid purchase made via KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application, inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

v. The KFFEST15 Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop Promotion [(other than the Bonus KrisFlyer Miles Promotion)], offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.

vi. Products purchased pursuant to the KFFEST15 Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

vii. The KFFEST15 Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove the KFFEST15 Promotion at any time without prior notice.

(b) KFFEST30 Promotion

i. During the KFFEST30 Promotion, a shopper may receive 15% discount on selected products as specified on the KFFEST30 Promotion webpage (“Eligible Items”) on KrisShop.com.

ii. The discount will be applied at checkout on eligible items when the promo code KFFEST30 has been correctly entered at checkout.

iii. The promo code KFFEST30 cannot be applied in conjunction with other promotional codes.

iv. The KFFEST30 Promotion is only valid for purchase(s) made on KrisShop.com during the KFFEST30 Promotion Period, and are not valid purchase made via KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application, inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

v. The KFFEST30 Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop Promotion [(other than the Bonus KrisFlyer Miles Promotion)], offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.

vi. Products purchased pursuant to the KFFEST30 Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

vii. The KFFEST30 Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove the KFFEST30 Promotion at any time without prior notice.

(c) Bonus Miles Promotion

i. During the Bonus KrisFlyer Miles Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is not a member of the KrisShop Loyalty programme (“Non-KrisShopper”), (2) has an active KrisFlyer account (“KrisFlyer Shopper”), (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop.com while logged into his/her valid KrisFlyer account may earn additional 7.5 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent on KrisShop.com (“KrisFlyer Bonus Miles”). This KrisFlyer 7.5 Bonus Miles are in addition to the usual Earn rate of 1.5 KrisFlyer miles for every $1 spent on KFFEST15 and/or KFFEST30 eligible products on KrisShop.com, as set out below:

ii. During the Bonus KrisFlyer Miles Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is a member of the KrisShop loyalty programme (“KrisShopper”), (2) is a KrisFlyer Shopper, (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop.com while logged into to his/her valid KrisFlyer account may earn additional 7.5 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent on KrisShop.com (“KrisShopper KrisFlyer Bonus miles”). The KrisShopper Bonus Miles are in addition to the usual base earn rates* for KrisShop.com, which are based on the KrisShopper membership tiers as set out below:

* As so defined under our KrisShopper Terms and Conditions.

iii. The KrisFlyer Bonus Miles, KrisFlyer Kris+ Bonus Miles shall be collectively referred to as the “KrisFlyer Fest Bonus Miles”. The KrisFlyer Fest Bonus Miles are only awarded on the cash payment component of the total nett price of the item(s) purchased (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees). Any part of a KrisShop.com transaction where payment is made by way of vouchers and/or KrisFlyer shall not be eligible for the usual miles earn rates or the Bonus KrisFlyer Miles Promotion as set out in Clause 3(c)(i) and Clause 3(c)(ii) of these Terms and Conditions.

iv. The KrisFlyer Fest Bonus Miles will be credited to the eligible KrisFlyer member’s account within 12 weeks after the last date of the KrisFlyer Fest Bonus Miles Promotion Period.

v. The KrisFlyer Fest Bonus Miles awarded shall only be displayed on the relevant KrisFlyer Shopper’s KrisFlyer account statement once Clause 3(c)(iv) has been carried out. The accrual date of KrisFlyer Fest Bonus Miles shall be backdated to a date in the last month of the 11. 11 Promotion Period, i.e., November 2024.

vi. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any KrisFlyer Fest Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Shopper for the relevant transaction(s).

vii. Products purchased pursuant to the Bonus Miles Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

viii. The Bonus Miles Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove the Bonus KrisFlyer Promotion at any time without prior notice.

General Terms
4. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.

5. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

6. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

7. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of this Promotion and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry and/or participation in this Promotion.

8. By participating in this Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed by KrisShop and its supporting partners for the purposes of this Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

9. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.

10.These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

11. A person who is not party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
