KrisShop KrisFlyer Golf Experiences 2025 Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop KrisFlyer Golf Experiences 2025 Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion is carried out on KrisShop.com. This Promotion is open to all Online Platform customers (each, a “Shopper”), during the applicable Promotion Periods (as defined below) and will be conducted in accordance with Clause 3 below.

3. This Promotion shall consist of the following:

i. 5% Discount (as defined at Clause 3(a) below), which will take place from 16 January 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 16 February 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“5% Discount Promotion Period”); and

ii. The Bonus KrisFlyer miles (as defined at Clause 3(b) below), which will take place from 16 January 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 16 February2025 (2359hrs Singapore time) ("Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion Period”).

The details of this Promotion are set out as follows:

(a) 5% Discount Promotion

i. During the 5% Discount Promotion Period, a Shopper may receive five percent (5%) discount on selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage on KrisShop.com.

ii. The discount will be applied at checkout on eligible items when the promo code stated in the voucher (KFGOLF25) has been correctly entered at checkout.

iii. The Promo Code KFGOLF25 cannot be applied in conjunction with other Promotional Codes.

iv. During Promotion Period, payment must be made in respect of the Minimum Spend Criteria for the selected delivery method and in full using a valid Mastercard Card.

v. The 5% Discount Promotion is only valid for purchase(s) made on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period, and are not valid purchase made via KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application, inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

vi. The 5% Discount Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop Promotion [(other than the Bonus KrisFlyer Miles Promotion in clause 3(b))], offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.

vii. Products purchased pursuant to the 5% Discount Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

viii. The 5% Discount Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove the KrisShop KrisFlyer Golf Experiences 2025 Promotion at any time without prior notice.

(b) The Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion

i. During the Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion Period, Shoppers who has (1) has an active KrisFlyer account (“KrisFlyer Shopper”) and (2) completes purchase for the selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage on an KrisShop.com while logged into his/her valid KrisFlyer account, may earn an additional 1,500 KrisFlyer miles if satisfy the conditions below("Bonus Miles"):

ii. Any transaction where payment is made by way of vouchers and/or KrisFlyer miles shall not be eligible for the usual KrisFlyer earn rates or the accrual of Bonus Miles as set out in set out in Clause 3(b)(i) of these Terms and Conditions.

iii. During Promotion Period, payment must be made in respect of the Minimum Spend Criteria for the selected delivery method and in full using a valid Mastercard Card.

iv. The Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop Promotion [(other than the 5% Discount Promotion in clause 3(a)], offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.

v. The Bonus Miles will be credited to the eligible KrisFlyer Shopper’s account within 12 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.

vi. The Bonus Miles awarded shall only be displayed on the relevant KrisFlyer Shopper’s KrisFlyer account statement once the Clause 3(b)(v) has been carried out. The accrual date of the Bonus Miles shall be backdated to a date in the last month of the Promotion Period i.e., February 2025.

vii. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Shopper for the relevant transaction(s).

viii. Products purchased pursuant to the KrisShop KrisFlyer Golf Experiences 2025 Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

ix. The Bonus KrisFlyer Miles Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove the Bonus KrisFlyer Miles Promotion at any time without prior notice.

General Terms

4. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. 

5. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

6. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

7. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of this Promotion and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry and/or participation in this Promotion.

8. By participating in this Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed by KrisShop and its supporting partners for the purposes of this Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

9. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.

10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

11. A person who is not party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
