KrisShop BOSS S$100 off Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop BOSS S$100 off Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).
2. This Promotion is carried out on KrisShop.com. This Promotion is open to all KrisShop.com customers (each, a “Shopper”.), during the promotion period from 16 January 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 16 February 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time)(“Promotion Period”).
3. During the Promotion Period,Shoppers who meet the relevant minimum spend requirement ("Minimum Spend Criteria") for the selected delivery method (after all applicable discounts and excluding applicable tax, duties, and shipping fees) stated below may receive S$100 off ("the Discount") on selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage on KrisShop.com:

4. The discount will be applied at checkout to eligible items when the unique promo code from the voucher is correctly entered.
5. During Promotion Period, payment must be made in respect of the Minimum Spend Criteria for the selected delivery method and in full using a valid Mastercard Card.
6. The KrisShop BOSS S$100 off Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.
7. If the Shopper meets the Minimum Spend Criteria for the entire order but selects two different delivery methods at checkout (i.e. both inflight delivery and home delivery) such that the aggregate value of the items purchased for each delivery method falls below the Minimum Spend Criteria, the relevant applicable Promotional Discount will not apply.
8. Promotional codes that are not utilised during the Promotion Period will expire and be deemed to be forfeited.
9. This Promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges, which are not specified as being subject to the Promotion, unless otherwise stated.
10. The KrisShop BOSS S$100 off Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove this romotion at any time without prior notice.
General Terms
11. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.
12. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.
13. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
14. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of this Promotion and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry and/or participation in this Promotion.
15. By participating in this Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed by KrisShop and its supporting partners for the purposes of this Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
16. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.
17. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
18. A person who is not party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
