Section A: July 15% off Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop July 15% off Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers in accordance with clause 3 below (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 6 July 2021 (1000 hrs Singapore time) to 28 July 2021 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).

3. The Promotion shall consist of the

(a) 15% off S$250 spend promotion
(b) Mastercard One Faber Group Gift with Purchase (GWP) promotion

Details of which are set out as follows:

i. During the period commencing on 6 July 2021 (1000hrs, Singapore time) to 28 July 2021 (2359hrs, Singapore time), eligible Shopper will receive 15% off with a minimum spend of S$250 per transaction on regular-priced items (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period, subject to certain brand exclusions. Products in the brand exclusions list will count towards minimum spend but are excluded from this 15% off S$250 spend promotion
 
ii. This 15% off S$250 spend promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight or via KrisShop order form or any other means.
 
iii. The 15% discount will be automatically applied at checkout, on eligible items when the minimum spend of S$250 per transaction (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) has been met.
 
iv. This 15% off S$250 spend promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS Club discounts), aside from the Triple KrisFlyer Miles promotion 

i. The Mastercard One Faber Group GWP promotion is jointly organised by KrisShop and Mastercard.

ii. This Mastercard One Faber Group Gift with Purchase (GWP) promotion is only open to Shoppers residing in Singapore.

iii. During the period commencing on 6 July 2021 (1000hrs, Singapore time) to 28 July 2021 (2359hrs, Singapore time), Shoppers residing in Singapore who (a) spend a minimum of S$200 per transaction (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) on KrisShop.com, (b) complete and charge their entire purchase on KrisShop.com using a valid Mastercard Credit or Debit Card, and (c) correctly enter the promo code “MCJUL” at checkout (a “GWP Qualifying Transaction”) may be eligible to receive the (i) Arbora Afternoon Tea Set for 2 and (ii) Cable Car ride for 2 promotion, to be provided by One Faber Group (“the “Gift”).

iv. KrisFlyer miles, vouchers or other discount codes cannot be used and/or applied with this Mastercard One Faber Group Gift with Purchase (GWP) promotion.

v. The Mastercard One Faber Group Gift with Purchase (GWP) promotion is valid for the first 500 GWP Qualifying Transactions only, limited to one (1) Gift which can be redeemed for each GWP Qualifying Transaction.

vi. Upon successful completion of a GWP Qualifying Transaction, instructions for the online redemption of the Gift will be sent to the email address listed in the Shopper’s GWP Qualifying Transaction purchase on KrisShop.com within thirty (30) calendar days of the Promotion Period. The Shopper will be required to comply with these instructions within the period stipulated in the email in order to claim the Gift.

vii. The Mastercard One Faber Group Gift with Purchase (GWP) promotion and the Gift are also subject to applicable terms and conditions imposed by One Faber Group, which can be found at Section B and Section C below.

4. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered on eligible Singapore Airlines, SilkAir or Scoot flights, or received via home delivery.

5. All purchases are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and the use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

6. This Promotion cannot be applied with existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges, which are not specified as being subject to the Promotion, unless otherwise stated.

7. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

8. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed or otherwise processed (collectively “Processed”)  by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

1. This Section B shall be read together with Section A (KrisShop Miles, Miles and More Miles Promotion Terms and Conditions).
2. The gift will consist of two (2) e-tickets, and each e-ticket is valid for one (1) guest only. Each e-ticket can only be used once.
3. Once the e-ticket is scanned, it will be deemed as utilized and cannot be reused.
4. No partial redemption of any e-ticket shall be allowed.
5. Each e-Ticket is void if altered.
6. In the event of any dispute, a final decision shall be made in One Faber Group’s discretion, based on One Faber Group’s electronic records.
7. Bookings may be made at https://www.onefabergroup.com/restaurant/arbora-hilltop-garden-bistro, and walk-ins are permitted subject to availability. All confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled, refunded or amended under any circumstances.
8. Additional terms included in the e-ticket issued by One Faber Group shall apply.
9. One Faber Group reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

1. This Section C shall be read together with Section A (KrisShop Miles, Miles and More Miles Promotion Terms and Conditions).
2. The gift will consist of two (2) e-tickets for one round trip cable car ride to and from Harbourfront Station and Mount Faber Peak Station. Each e-ticket is valid for one (1) guest only. Each e-ticket can only be used once.
3. Once the e-ticket is scanned at the respective cable car station, it will be deemed as utilized and cannot be reused.
4. No partial redemption of any e-ticket shall be allowed.
5. Each e-ticket is void if altered.
6. In the event of any dispute, a final decision shall be made in One Faber Group’s discretion, based on One Faber Group’s electronic records.
7. One Faber Group reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
