HSBC x KrisShop Promotion Terms & Conditions 

1. This HSBC x KrisShop Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited (“HSBC”) and KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).  

2. A customer who holds a HSBC credit card (except HSBC Debit cards and HSBC Corporate cards) issued by HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited (“HSBC”) in Singapore (such HSBC credit card, a “Card”) as a credit cardholder (as the case may be), whose credit card account (as the case may be) is in good standing with HSBC over the entire Promotional Period (as defined below) and at the time of fulfilment (as determined by HSBC at its discretion) and who fulfils these terms and conditions (such customer, a “Cardholder”) shall be eligible to participate in the Promotion.  

3. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com in accordance with clause 4 below during the promotion period from 4 December 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 15 December 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time)(“Promotion Period”).   

4. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders who complete their orders on KrisShop.com using a validly issued HSBC Credit Card may receive an additional S$30 off with a minimum spend of S$350 for each transaction (after applicable discounts, before shipping and taxes)(the “Minimum Spend Criteria”) where:  

i. the promotional code “HSBCXMAS30” have been correctly entered by the Cardholder at checkout,  

ii. payment in respect of the Minimum Spend Criteria for the selected delivery method is made in full using a valid HSBC Credit Card. 

5. Payments for any amounts made using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers do not count towards the minimum spend criteria and such amounts will not be eligible for this promotion.  

For illustration purposes only:  

• a Cardholder is completing a transaction on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period with an aggregate value of S$500 (after applicable discounts, and before taxes and shipping fees are applied) and applies the promo code “HSBCXMAS30”:  
  • if S$350 is paid via a valid HSBC credit card and S$150 is paid using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers the promotional code may be applied;  
  • however, if S$150 is paid via a valid HSBC credit card and S$300 is paid using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers, the promotional code is not applicable as the S$150 value falls below the Minimum Spend Criteria.  

6. Products from Augustinus Bader, Moroccanoil, and Bang & Olufsen are excluded from this Promotion. 

7. This Promotion is valid for the first 140 redemptions only. 

8. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means. 

9. In the event of any refunds or returns, only the actual aggregate amount paid by the Cardholder will be refunded.   

10. The promotional code “HSBCXMAS30” cannot be applied in conjunction with other promotional codes at checkout.  

11. This Promotion may be applied with existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges, unless otherwise stated. 

General Terms 

12. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.  

13. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions. 

14. All decisions made by KrisShop and HSBC in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. KrisShop and HSBC reserve the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice at their sole and absolute discretion.

15. KrisShop and HSBC reserve the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of this Promotion and reserve the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions.   

16. By participating in the Promotion, each shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed or otherwise processed (collectively “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.  

17. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.  

18. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.   

19. A person who is not party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
