KrisShop October Milesfest - Exclusive For Travellers Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop October Milesfest - Exclusive for Travellers Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion is carried out on KrisShop.com (“Online Platform”). This Promotion is open to all customers who (1) has an active KrisFlyer account (“KrisFlyer Shopper”) and (2) completes purchase(s) for in-flight delivery on an Online Platform while logged into his/her valid KrisFlyer account during the promotion period from 1 October 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 31 October 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time)(“Promotion Period”) (each, a “Shopper”), and will be conducted in accordance with Clause 3 below.

3. During the Promotion Period, KrisFlyer Shopper who satisfy the conditions below may earn an additional 1,010 KrisFlyer miles (“Bonus Miles”) for each eligible transaction,

ii. Purchases of KrisShop E-gift Cards are excluded from this Promotion. Any spend on these KrisShop E-gift Cards will not be included in the computation of the Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria;

iii. The Bonus Miles are only awarded on the cash payment component of the total nett price of the item(s) purchased (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees). Any part of an Online Platform transaction where payment is made by way of vouchers and/or KrisFlyer or KrisPay miles shall not be eligible for the usual miles earn rates and the Bonus Miles 

iv. The Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria for each eligible transaction must be made in full via one transaction on the same platform (i.e. via KrisShop.com or KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application). If the Shopper meets the Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria for the entire order but selects two different delivery methods at checkout (i.e. both inflight delivery and home delivery) such that the aggregate value of the items purchased for each delivery method falls below the Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria, no Bonus Miles will be awarded.

v. The Bonus Miles awarded for each KrisFlyer Shopper will be capped at a maximum of 1,010 KrisFlyer miles, which will be awarded for a S$400 eligible spend per eligible KrisFlyer Shopper.

vi. The Bonus Miles are only awarded on selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage on an Online Platform (“October Milesfest - Exclusive for Travellers”).

For illustration purposes only:

• KrisFlyer Shopper A has completed two separate transactions on KrisShop.com via cash payment (using valid credit and/or debit cards) during the Promotion Period with an aggregate value of S$400 (after applicable discounts, and before applicable taxes and shipping fees are applied), where Transaction A has a net amount of S$300 and Transaction B has a net amount of S$100. The Bonus Miles will not be awarded as each of Transaction A and Transaction B does not satisfy the Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria.
• KrisFlyer Shopper B has completed two separate transactions via cash payment (using valid credit and/or debit cards) on KrisShop on Kris+ mobile application during the Promotion Period with an aggregate value of S$500 (after applicable discounts, and before applicable taxes and shipping fees are applied), where Transaction A has a net amount of S$400 and Transaction B has a net amount of S$200. The Bonus Miles will be awarded to Transaction A as it satisfies the Bonus Miles Minium Spend Criteria. The Bonus Miles will not be awarded to Transaction B as it does not satisfy the Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria.

4.  The Bonus Miles are only valid for purchases made on Online Platforms during the Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchase made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

5. The Bonus Miles will be credited to the eligible KrisFlyer Shoppers account within 12 weeks after the last date of the Promotion Period

6. The Bonus Miles awarded shall only be displayed on the relevant KrisFlyer Shopper’s KrisFlyer account statement once Clause7 has been carried out. The accrual date of the Bonus Miles shall be backdated to a date in the last month of the Promotion Period, i.e., July 2025.

7. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Shopper for the relevant transaction(s).

8. Products purchased pursuant to this Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

9. This Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

General Terms

10. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.

11. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

12. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

13. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of the Promotion and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry and/or participation in this Promotion.

14. By participating in this Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop and its supporting partners for the purposes of this Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

16. A person who is not party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
