KrisShop Be Merry with Miles - Exclusive For Travellers Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop Be Merry with Miles - Exclusive for Travellers Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion is carried out on KrisShop.com (“Online Platform”). This Promotion is open to all customers who (1) has an active KrisFlyer account (“KrisFlyer Shopper”) and (2) the required eligible spend in a single inflight delivery transaction on an Online Platform while logged into his/her valid KrisFlyer account during the promotion period from 1 December 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 30 December 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time)(“Promotion Period”) (each, a “Shopper”), and will be conducted in accordance with Clause 3 below.

3. This Promotion shall consist of:

i. The Get 2x Miles Minimum Spend S$500 Promotion (as defined at Clause 3(a) below), which will take place from 1 December 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 30 December 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“Get 2x Miles Promotion Period”); and

iii. The Get 3x Miles Minimum Spend S$1,000 Promotion (as defined at Clause 3(b) below), which will take place from 1 December 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 30 December 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“Get 3x Miles Promotion Period”).

The details of this Promotion are set out as follows:

3. During the Promotion Period, KrisFlyer Shopper who satisfy the conditions below may earn up to additional 20,000 KrisFlyer miles (“Bonus Miles”) for each eligible transaction:

(a) Get 2x Miles Promotion

i. During the Get 2x Miles Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is not a member of the KrisShop loyalty programme (“Non-KrisShopper”), (2) has an active KrisFlyer account (“KrisFlyer Shopper”), (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop.com while logged into his/her valid KrisFlyer account and (4) completes inflight delivery transaction on KrisShop.com with a minimum spend of S$500 in a single purchase (“Get 2x Miles Minimum Purchase Criteria”), may earn an additional 1.5 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent (“KrisFlyer 1.5 Bonus Miles”). The KrisFlyer 1.5 Bonus Miles are in addition to the usual earn rate of 1.5 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent on KrisShop.com, as set out below:

ii. During the Get 2x Miles Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is a member of the KrisShop loyalty programme ( “KrisShopper”), (2) is a KrisFlyer Shopper,  (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop.com while logged into to his/her valid KrisFlyer account and (4) completes inflight delivery transaction on KrisShop.com with a minimum spend of S$500 in a single purchase (“Get 2x Miles Minimum Purchase Criteria”), may earn an additional KrisFlyer Miles for every S$1 spent (“KrisShopper 2x Bonus Miles”). The KrisShopper 2x Bonus Miles are in addition to the usual earn rates* for KrisShop.com, which are based on the KrisShopper membership tiers as set out below:

iii. Purchases of KrisShop E-gift Cards are excluded from this Promotion. Any spend on these KrisShop E-gift Cards will not be included in the computation of the Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria;

iv. The Bonus Miles are awarded on the total nett price of the item(s) purchased (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees). Any part of an Online Platform transaction where payment is made by way of vouchers and/or KrisFlyer or KrisPay miles shall not be eligible for the usual KrisFlyer miles earn rates but will be eligible for up to 20,000 Bonus Miles as set out in Clause 3 of these Terms and Conditions.

v. The Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria for each eligible transaction must be made in full via one transaction on the same platform (i.e. via KrisShop.com). If the Shopper meets the Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria for the entire order but selects two different delivery methods at checkout (i.e. both inflight delivery and home delivery) such that the aggregate value of the items purchased for inflight delivery method falls below the Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria, no Bonus Miles will be awarded.

vi. The Bonus Miles are only awarded on selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage on an Online Platform (“Be Merry with Miles - Exclusive for Travellers Promotion”).

(b) Get 3x Miles Promotion

i. During the Get 3x Miles Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is not a member of the KrisShop loyalty programme (“Non-KrisShopper”), (2) has an active KrisFlyer account (“KrisFlyer Shopper”), (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop.com while logged into his/her valid KrisFlyer account and (4) completes inflight delivery transaction on KrisShop.com with a minimum spend of S$1,000 in a single purchase (“Get 3x Miles Minimum Purchase Criteria”), may earn an additional 3 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent (“KrisFlyer 3 Bonus Miles”). The KrisFlyer 3 Bonus Miles are in addition to the usual earn rate of 1.5 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent on KrisShop.com, as set out below:

ii. During the Get 3x Miles Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is a member of the KrisShop loyalty programme ( “KrisShopper”), (2) is a KrisFlyer Shopper,  (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop.com while logged into to his/her valid KrisFlyer account and (4) completes inflight delivery transaction on KrisShop.com with a minimum spend of S$1,000 in a single purchase (“Get 3x Miles Minimum Purchase Criteria”), may earn an additional KrisFlyer Miles for every S$1 spent (“KrisShopper 3x Bonus Miles”). The KrisShopper 3x Bonus Miles are in addition to the usual earn rates* for KrisShop.com, which are based on the KrisShopper membership tiers as set out below:

iii. Purchases of KrisShop E-gift Cards are excluded from this Promotion. Any spend on these KrisShop E-gift Cards will not be included in the computation of the Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria;

iv. The Bonus Miles are awarded on the total nett price of the item(s) purchased (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees). Any part of an Online Platform transaction where payment is made by way of vouchers and/or KrisFlyer or KrisPay miles shall not be eligible for the usual KrisFlyer miles earn rates but will be eligible for up to 20,000 Bonus Miles as set out in Clause 3 of these Terms and Conditions.

v. The Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria for each eligible transaction must be made in full via one transaction on the same platform (i.e. via KrisShop.com). If the Shopper meets the Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria for the entire order but selects two different delivery methods at checkout (i.e. both inflight delivery and home delivery) such that the aggregate value of the items purchased for inflight delivery method falls below the Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria, no Bonus Miles will be awarded.

vi. The Bonus Miles are only awarded on selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage on an Online Platform (“Be Merry with Miles - Exclusive for Travellers Promotion”).

4. The Bonus Miles for each KrisFlyer Shopper are capped at a maximum of 20,000 KrisFlyer miles and will be awarded only once per KrisFlyer Shopper, regardless of multiple eligible single transactions of S$500 or S$1,000.

5.  The Bonus Miles are only valid for purchases made on Online Platforms during the Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchase made onboard flight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

6. The Bonus Miles will be credited to the eligible KrisFlyer Shoppers account within 12 weeks after the last date of the Promotion Period.

7. The Bonus Miles awarded shall only be displayed on the relevant KrisFlyer Shopper’s KrisFlyer account statement once Clause 7 has been carried out. The accrual date of the Bonus Miles shall be backdated to a date in the last month of the Promotion Period.

8. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Shopper for the relevant transaction(s).

9. Products purchased pursuant to this Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

10. This Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

General Terms

11. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.

12. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

13. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

14. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of the Promotion and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry and/or participation in this Promotion.

15. By participating in this Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop and its supporting partners for the purposes of this Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

17. A person who is not party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
