KrisShop Corporate Portal GST Absorbed Promotion

1. This KrisShop Corporate Portal Goods and Services tax (“GST”) Absorbed Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).
2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop Corporate Portal and is open to KrisShop customers who have logged in via krisshop.com/corporate ("Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 4 March 2022 (1200 hrs Singapore time) to 31 March 2022 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).
3. During the Promotion Period, each eligible Shopper will be able to enjoy GST savings on regular-priced items (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) on KrisShop Corporate Portal with a minimum spend of S$200 per transaction (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees), subject to certain Brands exclusion (“Minimum Spend Criteria”).
4. Products in the brand exclusions list (each, an “Excluded Product”) and sale items (i.e. products as specified on the Sale Tab on KrisShop Corporate Portal) will count towards the Minimum Spend Criteria, to ascertain if the eligible Shopper has qualified for the Promotion and will be able to enjoy the GST savings. However, even if the Minimum Spend Criteria has been met by the eligible Shopper, the Promotion will not apply to each Excluded Product.
5. Promotion is available on a while stocks last basis and are subject to change without notice.
6. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com/corporate for home delivery within Singapore.
7. The Promotion is not valid for international deliveries, purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.
8. This Promotion may be stacked with the “Gift with Purchase - Wristlet and Red packet set with minimum spend of S$100” promotion.
9. The Promotion will be automatically calculated and applied at checkout on eligible items. To avoid doubt, the Promotion will be calculated and applied to the final total payment amount if the Promotion is stacked with other eligible promotions, unless otherwise stated.
10. Promotion is available on a while stocks last basis and are subject to change without notice.
11. All purchases should be meant for personal consumption only and are subject to the KrisShop Corporate Portal Terms and Conditions.
12. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and/or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
13. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
