Is the 30% discount applicable for all items?
Yes, 30% discount is applicable on regular-priced items except for brands stated in the URL below.

Do I have to pay Goods & Services Tax (GST)?
Yes. 7% GST is applicable after all eligible discounts and shipping cost if any for home delivery.

Why do I encounter error message – “The promotion code entered is fully redeemed or invalid” after entering my promo code? I have yet to redeem it.
Please check that you are logged in KrisShop Corporate Portal in order for the promo code to work. After logging in, you should see “Corporate Portal” under KrisShop logo in the header.

I am already on KrisShop Corporate Portal but still encounter error message – “Some items in your cart are not discountable. Please check the terms and conditions of the promotion”.
It is likely that your shopping bag contains only sale/discounted items and/or brands excluded from the promotion.

When will I receive my purchases?
Due to anticipated high traffic volume, please allow up to 14 days from Date of Purchase for delivery.

I purchased a wrong item, can I request for exchange or refund?
Purchases made on the KrisShop Corporate Portal cannot be exchanged or refunded. KrisShop will only allow one-to-one exchange for the same product if the item sold is proved to be defective within 30 days of purchase. If item is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact Customer Service at krisshopcustomercare@krisshop.com for your return request, detailing the reason for return.
