KrisShop Buy More For Less Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. This KrisShop Buy More For Less Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”)
2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com as well as on the Kris+ mobile application and are open to all KrisShop customers (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 16 September 2022 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 19 September 2022 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).
3. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers who meet the relevant minimum spend requirement for the selected delivery method (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) stated below may receive one of the following discounts for regular-priced items for that transaction, subject to certain brand exclusions:

4. Products in the brand exclusions list count towards the Minimum Quantity for each order but are excluded from this Up to 15% off Promotion.
5. If the Shopper or KrisShopper (as the case may be) meets the Minimum Quantity Criteria for the entire order but selects two different delivery methods at checkout (i.e. both inflight delivery and home delivery) such that the aggregate value of the items purchased for each delivery method falls below the Minimum Quantity Criteria, the relevant applicable Promotional Discount will not apply.
6. The relevant applicable Promotional Discount will be automatically applied at checkout, on eligible items when the Minimum Quantity Criteria has been met for the selected delivery method.
7. This Buy More For Less Promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.
8. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and on Kris+ mobile application and is not valid for purchases made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.
9. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.
10. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions and KrisShopper Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the use and earning of KrisFlyer miles.
11. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
12. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
