KrisShop Black Friday Promotion Terms and Conditions
 
1. This KrisShop Black Friday Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers in accordance with clause 3 below (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 24 November 2021 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 30 November 2021 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).

3. The Promotion shall consist of (a) 15% off S$180 promotion and (b) 2X KrisFlyer miles promotion, details of which are set out as follows:

a.  15% off S$180 Spend promotion

i. Each eligible Shopper will receive 15% off with a minimum spend of S$180 per delivery method (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) on regular-priced items on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period, subject to certain brand exclusions (the “Minimum Spend Criteria”).

ii. Products in the brand exclusions list (each, an “Excluded Product”) will count towards the Minimum Spend Criteria, to ascertain if the eligible Shopper has qualified for the 15% off S$180 Spend promotion for the selected delivery method. However, even if the Minimum Spend Criteria has been met by the eligible Shopper, the 15% discount will not apply to each Excluded Product.

iii. If the Shopper meets the Minimum Spend Criteria for the entire order but selects two different delivery methods at checkout, such that the aggregate value of the items purchased for each delivery method falls below the Minimum Spend Criteria, the 15% off S$180 Spend promotion will not apply. For illustration purposes only:  

• a Shopper is completing an order on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period with an aggregate value of S$200 (before taxes and shipping fees are applied). They select the Home Delivery option for S$100 worth of items and Inflight Delivery option for S$100 worth of items. The 15% off S$180 Spend promotion will not apply as none of the two checkout bags fulfils the Minimum Spend Criteria.

• a Shopper is completing an order on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period with an aggregate value of S$280 (before taxes and shipping fees are applied). They select the Home Delivery option for S$180 worth of items and Inflight Delivery option for S$100 worth of items. The 15% off S$180 promotion will only apply for the Home Delivery bag, as the value of the Inflight Delivery bag does not fulfil the Minimum Spend Criteria.

iv. This 15% off S$180 Spend promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight or via KrisShop order form or any other means.

v. The 15% off discount will be automatically applied at checkout, on eligible items when the Minimum Spend Criteria (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) has been met for the selected delivery method.

vi. This 15% off S$180 Spend promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.

b. 2X KrisFlyer Miles promotion

i. Shoppers who have an active Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer account and complete their purchases on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period while logged in to their valid KrisFlyer accounts (“KrisFlyer Shoppers”) may earn an additional 1.5 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent (“Bonus Miles”) on top of the usual earn rate of 1.5 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent on KrisShop purchases.

ii. Bonus Miles will only be awarded on the cash portion of the total purchase amount of the items (excluding applicable tax, shipping fees and payment made with vouchers and/or KrisFlyer miles).

iii. Bonus Miles will be credited to the KrisFlyer account of each eligible KrisFlyer Shopper within 8 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.

iv. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Shopper.

v. Bonus Miles from this Promotion are not eligible to be considered as a non-air transaction for the purposes of the KrisFlyer Unlock Status Credits without Flying Campaign.

General Terms:

4. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or received via home delivery.

5. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.
 
6. This Promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges, which are not specified as being subject to the Promotion, unless otherwise stated.
 
7. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
 
8. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
 
9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
