KrisShop Better Sound For Fewer Miles Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop Better Sound For Fewer Miles Promotion (“Promotion") is organised by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. ("KrisShop").

2. This Promotion is carried out on KrisShop.com. This Promotion is open to all KrisShop.com customers who (1) has an active KrisFlyer account and (2) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop.com while logged into his/her valid KrisFlyer account during the promotion period from 23 September 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 30 September 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time)(“Promotion Period”)(each, a “KrisFlyer Shopper”), and will be conducted in accordance with Clause 3 below.

3. During the Promotion Period, KrisFlyer Shopper may receive 20% discount on their payment made with KrisFlyer miles on KrisShop.com (each, a “Deal” and collectively, “Deals”). This 20% discount will be applied to the product prices shown, as well as applicable Goods & Services Tax (“GST”). This 20% discount will also be applied to shipping fees and applicable taxes on such shipping fees (collectively “Shipping Charges”).

4. For the avoidance of doubt, during the Promotion Period, the relevant KrisFlyer miles redemption rate will be reduced by 20% from 100 KrisFlyer miles for approximately S$1 to 80 KrisFlyer miles for approximately S$1 spend for all eligible products, subject to minimum usage of 1,000 KrisFlyer miles per transaction. For illustration purposes:

• KrisFlyer Shopper A has completed a transaction on KrisShop.com with S$100 worth of eligible products (assuming no Shipping Charges are incurred for this transaction). KrisFlyer Shopper A paid $80 via cash payment (using valid credit and/or debit cards). KrisFlyer Shopper A will need to redeem 1,600 KrisFlyer miles for the remaining S$20 (being S$20 multiplied by 80 KrisFlyer miles).
• KrisFlyer Shopper B plans to complete a transaction on KrisShop.com with S$100 worth of eligible products (assuming no Shipping Charges are incurred for this transaction). KrisFlyer Shopper B intends to pay $90 via cash payment (using valid credit and/or debit cards) and redeem KrisFlyer miles for the remaining purchase sum. KrisFlyer Shopper B will not be able to proceed with this transaction because this transaction fails to achieve the minimum usage of 1,000 KrisFlyer miles (the remaining S$10 multiplied by 80 = 800 KrisFlyer miles, which is less than the minimum usage requirement of 1,000 KrisFlyer miles per transaction).

5. If KrisFlyer Shoppers choose to mix miles and cash to pay for their purchases, they will continue to earn KrisFlyer miles on the amount paid for with their credit or debit card, of which the miles earn rate is in accordance to their membership loyalty tier.

6. During the Promotion Period, all Shipping Charges are fixed at a redemption rate of 80 KrisFlyer miles for approximately S$1 of Shipping Charges. For illustration purposes:

• KrisFlyer Shopper C has completed a transaction on KrisShop.com with S$50 worth of eligible products to be shipped to an address in Singapore. The transaction being less than the minimum spend of S$75 for free local delivery will incur S$6 of Shipping Charges (equivalent to 480 KrisFlyer miles at a redemption rate of 80 KrisFlyer miles for approximately S$1). KrisFlyer Shopper C intends to redeem 2,000 KrisFlyer miles. The remaining 2,000 KrisFlyer miles will be equivalent to S$25 (redemption rate of 80 KrisFlyer miles for approximately S$1). KrisFlyer Shopper C will need to pay the remaining S$25 via cash payment (using valid credit and/or debit cards).

7. Products purchased pursuant to this Promotion are not valid for returns and refunds. Only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms. The availability of a replacement product is subject to availability. If the exact product is not available at the time of exchange request, KrisShop reserves the right to determine the most appropriate course of action.

8. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

General Terms

9. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.

10. All purchases are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

11. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

12. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of this Promotion and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry and/or participation in this Promotion.

13. By participating in this Promotion, each KrisFlyer Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed by KrisShop and Singapore Airlines for the purposes of this Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy and Singapore Airlines’ Privacy Policy.

14. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.

15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

16. A person who is not party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
