KrisShop Beauty Fair Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop Beauty Fair Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).
2. This Promotion is carried out on KrisShop.com and KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application (each, an "Online Platform”). This Promotion is open to all Online Platform customers (each, a “Shopper”), during the applicable Promotion Periods (as defined below) and will be conducted in accordance with Clause 3 below.
3. This Promotion shall consist of the following:
i. Beauty Fair: Gifts Galore (as defined at Clause 3(a) below), which will take place from 1 October 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 31 October 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“Gifts Galore Promotion Period”); and
ii. Beauty Fair: Daily Essentials (as defined at Clause 3(b) below), which will take place from 8 October 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 31 October 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“Daily Essentials Promotion Period”); and
iii. Beauty Fair: Luxury For Your Skin (as defined at Clause 3(c) below), which will take place from 15 October 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 31 October 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“Luxury Promotion Period”); and
iv. Beauty Fair: K-Beauty Glow (as defined at Clause 3(d) below), which will take place from 21 October 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 31 October 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“K-Beauty Glow Promotion Period”).
The details of this Promotion are set out as follows:
(a) Beauty Fair: Gifts Galore Promotion
i. During the Gifts Galore promotion period, eligible shoppers may receive complimentary gifts, subject to the respective qualifying purchase criteria.
ii. The Gift is non-exchangeable and is valid on a while stocks last basis, limited to one (1) Gift per transaction.
iii. The Beauty Fair: Gifts Galore Promotion are only valid for purchases made on Online Platforms during the Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchase made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.
iv. The Beauty Fair: Gifts Galore Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.
v. Products purchased pursuant to this Beauty Fair: Gifts Galore Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.
vi. This Beauty Fair: Gifts Galore Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
(b) Beauty Fair: Daily Essentials Promotion
i. During the Daily Essentials Promotion Period, a Shopper may receive up to fifty percent (50%) discount on selected products as specified on the Beauty Fair: Daily Essentials Promotion webpage on the Online Platforms.
ii. The Beauty Fair: Daily Essentials Promotion is only valid for purchase(s) made on an Online Platform during the Daily Essentials Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchase(s) made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.
iii. The Beauty Fair: Daily Essentials Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.
iv. Products purchased pursuant to the Beauty Fair: Daily Essentials Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.
v. The Beauty Fair: Daily Essentials Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove the Beauty Fair: Daily Essentials Promotion at any time without prior notice.
(C) Beauty Fair: Luxury For Your Skin Promotion
i. During the Luxury Promotion Period, a Shopper may receive up to thrity percent (30%) discount on selected products as specified on the Beauty Fair: Luxury For Your Skin Promotion webpage on the Online Platforms.
ii. The Beauty Fair: Luxury For Your Skin Promotion is only valid for purchase(s) made on an Online Platform during the Beauty Fair: Luxury For Your Skin Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchase(s) made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.
iii. The Beauty Fair: Luxury For Your Skin Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.
iv. Products purchased pursuant to the Beauty Fair: Luxury For Your Skin Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.
v. The Beauty Fair: Luxury For Your Skin Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove the Beauty Fair: Luxury For Your Skin Promotion at any time without prior notice.
(C) Beauty Fair: K-Beauty Glow Promotion
i. During the K-Beauty Glow Period, a Shopper may receive up to seventy (70%) discount on selected products as specified on the Beauty Fair: K-Beauty Glow Promotion webpage on the Online Platforms.
ii. The Beauty Fair: K-Beauty Glow Promotion is only valid for purchase(s) made on an Online Platform during the Beauty Fair: K-Beauty Glow Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchase(s) made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.
iii. The Beauty Fair: K-Beauty Glow Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.
iv. Products purchased pursuant to the Beauty Fair: K-Beauty Glow Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.
v. The Beauty Fair: K-Beauty Glow Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove the Beauty Fair: K-beauty Glow Promotion at any time without prior notice.
General Terms
4. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.
5. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.
6. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
7. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of the Promotion and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry and/or participation in this Promotion.
8. By participating in this Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop and its supporting partners for the purposes of this Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
9. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.
10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
11. A person who is not party to these Terms and Conditions has no
right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
