What is Atome?

Atome is a new Buy Now Pay Later option on KrisShop.com. Atome allows Shoppers residing in Singapore to pay for their purchases in three equal interest-free instalments, due monthly.

Are there any requirement(s) for using Atome?

Atome is available as a payment option if you:

• Are at least 18 years old.
• Are residing in Singapore
• Use a Singapore-issued Credit or Debit Card to make your purchase

How do I register with Atome?

Atome is available on the Andriod Google Play and Apple App Store. Shoppers will need to register for an account with Atome in order to use the Atome Payment option.

Is there a maximum spend for Atome?

The maximum order value for payment via Atome is SGD 3,000 per user.

How do I use Atome on KrisShop.com?

1. Add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal
2. Select Atome as your payment method - you will be redirected to the Atome website, where you may scan the QR code to make payment via the Atome App.
3. Register or login to your Atome account
4. Enter or verify your payment details, then confirm your order.

Can I redeem KrisFlyer miles on my purchases and pay for the balance with Atome?

Yes, you may use your KrisFlyer miles to offset your purchase and pay for the balance with Atome with a minimum checkout amount of SGD 10.

Can I still earn KrisFlyer miles on my purchases if I pay with Atome?

Accrual of KrisFlyer miles will be based on the cash portion of the purchase, excluding applicable taxes and shipping.

What is Pay-in-6? How much is the fee?

To offer more time and flexibility, you now can choose to pay-in-3 or pay-in-6. When you opt for pay-in-3 with 0% interest, Atome will automatically split your bill into equal payments. The first payment will be debited 3 days after your purchase, and the subsequent payments will be spread 30 days apart.

You can also choose a longer payment plan for your purchase via pay-in-6. If you choose to pay-in-6, a one-time processing fee may be applicable. The fee is calculated as a fixed percentage of the final order amount, after vouchers have been deducted. The one-time processing fee is up to 3% of the total value of the purchase and is inclusive of GST. All fees are clearly displayed in your bill at point of transaction. This fee is charged on the first bill payment upfront, and will not be added to subsequent bill payments.

KrisShop x Atome S$40 Off Promotion Terms & Conditions 

1. This KrisShop x Atome S$40 Off Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”) and APaylater Financials Pte. Ltd. (“Atome”). 

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers residing in Singapore (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 12 September 2025 (2000hrs Singapore time) to 10 October 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time)(“Promotion Period”).  

3. During the Promotion Period, each Atome user may receive an additional S$40 off if they make a minimum spend of S$1,000 (“Minimum Spend Criteria”) on KrisShop.com and checkout using Atome, with promotional code “ATOMEK40” correctly entered at Atome app checkout.   

4. The Minimum Spend Criteria will be based on the total amount (“Order Amount”) stated on the Atome app upon checkout. Payments for any amounts made using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers on KrisShop.com do not count towards the minimum spend criteria and such amounts will not be eligible for this promotion.

5. This Promotion is limited to the first 150 redemptions, exclusively for Atome users only.  

6. Each Atome user may enjoy the Promotion one (1) time during the Promotion Period.

7. The S$40 discount will be reflected on the payment page after the voucher is applied successfully at checkout on the Atome app. 

8. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.  

9. This Promotion may be applied with existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges, unless otherwise stated.  

General Terms  

10. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or received via home delivery.  

11. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.  

12. KrisShop and Atome reserve the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at their sole and absolute discretion.  

13. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed or otherwise processed (collectively “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.  

14. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.  

15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.   

16. A person who is not party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
